Job Description:
My Gym is currently hiring a children's fitness coach/instructor. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales.
Position Requirements:
• Ability to work 25 hours per week, including Saturday AND Sunday, plus staff meeting on Mondays 12-3:30pm
• Highly energetic
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with children
• Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• Effective time management
• Adept sales skills
• Clean background check
Compensation:
Starts at $9.25 per hour - Average trained staff member earns $11-$14 per hour with bonuses.
Additionally, we offer:

Dairy unless its made with Oatmilk , she is being potty trained so I sit her on her potty throughout the day but she does still wear diapers, she likes to read and play with her toys , if she does watch tv it shouldnt be for more then 2 hours throughout the day and she can only watch educational kids videos/shows nd movies.

As a lead teacher, you will be working hands-on, teaching "Mommy and Me" classes for babies/toddlers and their parents as well as physical education classes for preschool and grade school kids. As you become a proficient lead teacher, you'll begin learning:
• Our back-end systems
• Administration
• Sales
• Training, etc.
The tools learned after working at a My Gym stay with you throughout your life! This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where like-minded individuals will thrive and advance!
• Compensation is competitive, with the ability to progress quickly.
• Education or backgrounds in sports, physical fitness, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, etc. are taken into consideration when determining salary.

Every day in more than 700 locations worldwide, My Gym kids attend structured, noncompetitive and age-appropriate classes and birthday parties taught by incredibly talented, fun, and happy grown-ups. Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills. Whether it's a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN never stops!
