Nextiva is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join our growing Channel Marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and driven to build, accelerate, and execute strategic marketing plans to recruit new partners, foster brand preference, and promote pipeline generation with strategic partners.
The right candidate has a strong track record in both setting strategy for and successfully executing a multitude of marketing programs including content marketing, virtual & in-persona events. In addition, this person will possess a strong knowledge of working within the agency model and the TSD ecosystem in order to best maximize in-region activities and optimal program performance. Key to success in this role is an ability to manage a complex set of initiatives while ensuring optimal performance as well as a laser focus on delivering Amazing service to our partners.
As a member of Nextiva’s Channel Marketing Team, you will play a key part in driving the performance of Nextiva’s Channel business. This role requires professional communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, and willingness to take calculated risks. Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a diverse set of marketing strategies and programs tailored to key strategic partners
• Design, implement and execute integrated marketing programs to grow new logo pipeline
• Ability to drive content strategies and leverage Nextiva’s robust content library to drive channel adoption
• Project management of marketing programs including timelines, vendor management, results, and reporting
• Manage MDF spend and programs where applicable
• Maintain consistent and thorough metrics and tracking around associated marketing initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Channel Marketing, Agent / TSD Channel preferred
• Clear track record of creating and executing innovative partner marketing campaigns and programs and constantly looks to accelerate successful partner programs
• Results-oriented and able to use data for decision making
• Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically, balancing longer term ambitions with current capacity and demands
• Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills with proven ability to positively position a company and sell opportunities to the partner community
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with team members, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and partners
• Strong decision making and project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously against competing deadlines
• Knowledge of cloud and CX market a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Compensation, Rewards & Benefits
The salary or hourly wage offered by Nextiva to external candidates considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, etc. Our compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $82,000 - $128,000. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate resulting in a different hiring range.

The Information Security Engineer is responsible for implementation, operation, monitoring and administration of a variety of tools and processes to protect company information in accordance with the Information Security Program and related policies. The engineer conducts Incident Response and investigates and assesses threats and responds to enterprise security events and incidents. The engineer performs vulnerability assessments and supports mitigation efforts across the organization, supports penetration testing, and supports internal and external audit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the departments involved with information security (Operations, Development, IT, Legal, Human Resources, and others)
• Participate in the development of Information Security Program policies, processes, procedures, standards, guidelines, and the training of staff.

• Implement custom WAF rules and policies in security tools to mitigate threats and reduce risk. Review reports for anomalies. Take appropriate action to address alerts and report findings.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis of incidents, recommend corrective actions and ensure corrective action completion.
• Document information security monitoring, scanning and testing procedures.
• Keep up to date with the security field, including emerging vulnerabilities.
• Perform other duties to support the technical and operational security of the organization as required.
Qualifications:

Nextiva is seeking a Regional Partner Manager to join our organization. The primary function of a Regional Partner Manager at Nextiva is to build trust and drive sustainable partner relationships with our top transacting partners, both existing and new. This level of intimate management enables us to help our partners grow by working with them on business planning for the short and long term.
The Regional Partner Manager works with their partners to actively co-sell on Nextiva value (demo / competitive positioning) They help the partner grow by effectively leveraging internal resources and utilizing a data driven approach to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
• Manage an assigned set of Nextiva Channel Partners or Master Agents to effectively sell the company’s products or services to new and current accounts.
• Grow the sales of Partners from existing base and expand our reach with new partners.
• Build a business plan with each partner detailing mutually agreed upon partnership expectations, including how to promote Nextiva products and services to accelerate time to transaction

Nextiva is looking for a Senior UCaaS Engineer for our maintenance group. This Engineer should be well versed in VoIP and next generation Unified Communications architecture of BroadWorks TAS.
This role requires a high degree of experience specifically in the aspects of maintenance and troubleshooting. While also holding a high degree of understanding of cross-team collaboration, consulting, installation, scaling, architecture, capacity planning, and integration of multi-vendor technologies.
The candidate must have in-depth experience troubleshooting SIP related call flow issues, API's, including deep understanding core systems, backend feature sets, redundancy, media types, and routing and translations. The candidate must be self-driven, highly motivated, have a sharp eye and attention for detail, respond quickly when needed, a has sound decision making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain, evaluate and trouble-shoot production systems for optimized service delivery
• Maintenance, upgrades, lifecycle management, integration, testing, deployment and monitoring of all core telephony and Unified Communications technologies
• Architecture, design, capacity planning, performance management, and growth strategies of core and multi-vendor solutions
• Lead role large projects and integration of multivendor technologies and solutions
• Incident resolution
• Build, maintain, and promote strong technical documentation
• Normal business hours and after hours/on call responsibilities
• Technical liaison to product development, engineering, support, and executive level staff
• Tier 4 support for Tier 1, 2, and 3: including On-Boarding, Sales Engineering, and Development
Qualifications:
• At least 7+ years' experience in geo-redundant architecture, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BroadSoft BroadWorks technologies (R19 SP1 or higher)
• BroadSoft Certified Network Engineer – Professional and or Specialist preferred
• Well practiced in routine BroadWorks server maintenance procedures
• Advanced knowledge in SIP messaging including isolation of issue to core, SBC, carrier, and or customer premise
• Strong knowledge of Unified Communications including WebRTC, Collaborate, soft clients, architecture, and 3rd party integration
• Strong understanding of OCI-P and XSI-Actions/Events as it pertains to provisioning, 3rd party integrations, and client interactions
• Strong systems and service reliability engineering including capacity planning, performance, and life cycle management
• Strong scripting language knowledge, preferably shell, Perl, SQL, and Python/PHP
• Good understanding of Linux administration and virtualized environments
• Versed in database administration enough to quantify data, create reports, and as a general tool for troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of network engineering including SIP NAT traversal and firewall
• Demonstrate sound judgment in problem solving, identification, troubleshooting and solutions
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiatives
• Able to work in a team environment and with a diverse group
• Able to mentor junior engineers and provide guidance and oversight on projects
• Remote employees travel to headquarters up to 2 weeks annually

• Experience working with BroadWorks, with knowledge in SBC's, A/V Conferencing, Voice Messaging, Call Recording, Unified Communications, Contact and Call Center solutions, CDR's, Monitoring, Fraud, and SSO solutions.
• Understanding of API interfaces and protocols including OCI, RADIUS, SAML, SIP, SIPRec, SMS, TCP/IP, XMPP/Chat, and XSI.
• Experience working with Java applications on Linux servers including the ability to interpret performance parameters; CPU, Memory/HEAP and IOPS.
• Ability to interpret and write server-side scripting languages including Bash, Perl, Python, and SQL.
Compensation, Rewards & Benefits:
The salary or hourly wage offered by Nextiva to external candidates considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, etc. Our compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $115,600 - $184,900.
