About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Enrollment Analyst to join the team at Niche. You'll develop scalable processes to connect to schools' CRMs and compile and analyze schools' enrollment data along with Niche's deep enrollment database. You'll regularly join calls with our school partners to give data-driven insights and recommendations. This is a brand new role at Niche and you will help shape it over time.

You have worked in an analytical, operations, or strategy role in higher education admissions and have a passion for helping students find the school where they belong. You use data to make informed decisions and are comfortable making data-driven recommendations to senior university leaders. You have deep experience with the traditional college enrollment funnel and can spot opportunities and trends in data. You excel at establishing and improving standard processes, but you're also able to find quick and scrappy solutions when needed.
What You Will Do
During the 1st Month:
• Collaborate with various team members to learn about the company
• Work with members of the Business Operations team to begin to understand our users, our school partners, products and our go-to-market strategy
• Learn how to query relevant data from the Niche platform
• Learn how to clean and analyze data using R
• Begin joining meetings with our school partners to understand their goals and specific needs
Within 3 Months:
• You'll be capable of maintaining existing processes and you'll start establishing new ones

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Enrollment Analyst to join the team at Niche. You’ll develop scalable processes to connect to schools’ CRMs and compile and analyze schools’ enrollment data along with Niche’s deep enrollment database. You’ll regularly join calls with our school partners to give data-driven insights and recommendations. This is a brand new role at Niche and you will help shape it over time.
About You
You have worked in an analytical, operations, or strategy role in higher education admissions and have a passion for helping students find the school where they belong. You use data to make informed decisions and are comfortable making data-driven recommendations to senior university leaders. You have deep experience with the traditional college enrollment funnel and can spot opportunities and trends in data. You excel at establishing and improving standard processes, but you’re also able to find quick and scrappy solutions when needed.
What You Will Do
During the 1st Month:
• Collaborate with various team members to learn about the company
• Work with members of the Business Operations team to begin to understand our users, our school partners, products and our go-to-market strategy
