The primary responsibility will be resolving sophisticated contact issues for NIKE employees by researching issues and resolution options using effective written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. You will apply resources effectively, including multiple systems and support tools, to ensure accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries, detailing contact concerns and feedback. Driving innovation in process and delivery of our services is paramount for success in this role.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be working with a diverse work population that spans across Canada, U.S. and Mexico, partnering regularly with HR specialists that help with the heavy lifting of complicated cases. We will have you build a partnership with our compliance, legal and employee relations team as well as coordinating with HR leadership on new initiatives and initiatives that HR supports
WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience in a service center environment highly desirable
• Knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in HR a plus
• Proven verbal and written customer service skills critical, with an emphasis on soft skills, customer- focused resolution
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently within a team with varied strengths
• Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of personal computers, including MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Ability to work remotely in a focused environment- must have strong internet connection, must have a secure workspace, preferably in a room or office with a door that closes it off from noises and distractions such as pets, children, and other adults
• Ability to sit or stand at a desk for long periods of time
• Flexible to work between hours of 6a-5pm PST.

These platforms include nike.com/help (Get Help), the athlete knowledge base, direct-to-consumer communication, social media, chatbots, phone, IVR, etc. You will also direct content management efforts to ensure all existing content is up-to-date, accurate, and valuable to its intended audience. Leading content management efforts also include the development of an editorial calendar, assignment of work, and development of the style, voice, and tone for all service messaging content.
The Global Content experience director will also engage in collaborative meetings with partners across Nike to determine content needs, develop content to support key Nike business product initiatives, and define and direct the SEO strategy for Get Help Content. You will also be responsible for maintaining a solid partnership with project management teams to set technical work priorities while establishing success parameters.

• Basic preventive maintenance of lift truck batteries, balers, eye wash stations and minor wood working projects
• May be tasked with light plumbing duties, and non-skilled electrical work to include changing light bulbs
• Preventive maintenance on smaller equipment to include changing V-belts, belt lacing, take-up adjustments, and minor lubrication tasks
• Monitoring material movements in product zones, and clearing jams
• Cleans up worksite locations in the shop, and on the DC floor when repairs are complete
• Performs administrative tasks to support maintenance record keeping in CMMS and spare parts storeroom locations
• Participation in safety training, skills training, and process improvement meetings
