Saratoga Ninja Lab is an interactive gym for kids - we make it fun for kids to develop motor skills, sport skills, fitness and coordination. Saratoga Ninja Lab is an interactive gym for kids - we make it fun for kids to develop motor skills, sport skills, fitness and coordination. We run open gyms, classes, and birthday parties for children ages 5 and up. Coaches lead and assist participants through our ninja courses. We are looking for ninja managers with super positive, high energy, and outgoing personalities. Experience as a... personal trainer, coach, or teacher is not necessary but is a definite plus. Experience working with children and large groups is strongly recommended. One weekend day/weekend is required. Night time and weekend hours are a necessity. Ninja warrior/parkour background not required but a big plus.
Manager duties:
- Assist Head Ninja Coach in teaching safe and fun classes, camps, and/or open Gym
- Maintain office. Spend time at front desk answering calls and voicemails
- Become proficient with MindBody system and be comfortable with registration, check in, & payments
- Supervise day to day operations of Saratoga Ninja Lab
- Resolve issues & complaints pertaining to ninja training from customers
- Ensure the customers are given high quality services and assistance as needed
- Maintain inventory (Clothes, drinks, chalk, birthday supplies, etc.)
- Complete paperwork accident/incident reports
- Hold CPR & First Aid certification
- Complete Online Safe Sport Training or equivalent
- Help ensure that Ninja equipment is kept in good working condition
- Ensure Ninja facility is maintained clean, safe, and orderly
- Work with General Managerto ensure that staff follows Saratoga Ninja Lab’s procedures and policies
