Our Client Service Reps handle all initial interactions with clients, face to face and over the phone. Field Supervisor

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Field Supervisor. This is a career position and not a job. We have a family-oriented environment and are seeking people with the same mindset... What we're looking for:

Field supervisor duties:
• Quality control on production and logistics
• Get crew started on new projects, monitor progress and make sure all material is on site or delivered when needed
• Set up crew and subs/vendors as needed on projects minimizing any downtime between switching trades and inspections
• Attend city inspections or arrange access/info for inspector as needed
• Complete any punch out if no one else is available to complete as needed
• Assist with correcting/resolving any emergency or urgent field matters that may arise
• Communication with customer throughout project on progress and next phases
• Collect payment when due as needed
• Maintain positive and good working environment for crew and subs/vendors
• Keep safety, proper appearance and language a priority at all times
• Diffuse any conflicts as needed with crew/subs/vendors
• Complete production schedule per weekly meetings on time and on schedule
• Must have expert knowledge in all construction trades especially framing, drywall, painting, flooring and carpentry. Moderate knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Starting pay is 1200 per week and can go up to 1600 depending on qualifications after a probation period is met. Bonuses also based on performance

Location – Columbus, OH

Work Schedule – Mon – Fri, 7 am – 5 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
