Airdev is the original, largest, and highest rated no-code development agency. We contract with a global network of top talent no-code developers, PMs, and designers across 20+ countries that have built hundreds of applications for clients ranging from one-person startups to Fortune 100 enterprises.

About the Product Manager role

Product Managers translate client vision into concrete product specifications to deliver real value, and manage a remote team toward successful execution.

Our model offers a new spin on the PM position - remote and flexible, with a much higher throughput than traditional PM positions. This means that people in this position have the opportunity to define and execute on dozens of full-stack products each year, thus accelerating their learning and impact.

Their specific responsibilities include:
• Discuss the project with the client and determine what functionality is needed
• Help the client think through their different options, corner cases, and simplest ways to build something
• Research answers to technical questions that involve API integrations or complex workflows
• Put together detailed specifications based on the project requirements as well as our standards
• Manage the development and design teams to execute on the project, providing feedback and guidance as needed

• Excellent communication skills: Product Managers spend a large portion of their time interacting with clients, so they should be very clear and structured in both verbal and written communication.
• Interest in no-code: Ideal candidates should be passionate about the disruptive potential of no-code, and the opportunity it creates to reinvent the traditional agency model to create the new standard.
• Product sense and commitment to simplicity: We see a large range of ideas and Product Managers should be able to quickly figure out the simplest way to turn those ideas into products, no matter what the industry or application.
• Analytical skills: Designing high quality software can be logically complex, so the ideal candidates should be very strong conceptual and logical thinkers.
• Time management and being task-oriented: We work with lots of clients at once and always stick to our deadlines, so the ideal candidates should be highly organized and diligent.

We service over 3k customers around the world, such as Airbnb, Spotify, AstraZeneca, and Accenture, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.

Our Mission

To make recurring work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere.

Our Culture

Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative, remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren’t inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections are what make teams strong, so we regularly do coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, and more to build strong relationships.

If you’re entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility, we look forward to meeting you!

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive II at Process Street, you’ll be responsible for closing new logos and expanding our relationship with existing customers. We’re looking for a self-driven, out-of-the-box thinker who’s energized by taking the time to understand our customers and how Process Street can meet their workflow needs. Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for cutting edge technology and stays up to date with what’s on the horizon.

• Keep records of sales and data up to date

About You

• You have a proven track record of sales target attainment
• You have strong business acumen and experience driving deals forward
• You have a passion for start-ups and technology
• You have a natural sales engineer mindset and equally enjoy automations
• You adapt well, and you’re a fast learner
• You’re eager to help implement processes and improve our system

Our Benefits
• Unlimited PTO policy – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December.
• Annual company offsite – We get together as a whole company to celebrate company milestones as well as encourage and sponsor small group meetups so that you can meet your teammates face-to-face around the world.
• Social time – We know human connections are what make teams strong. We regularly do coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, house tours (only if you’re comfortable), and more to build connections.
• Generous health insurance for US employees and their families.
• Equity for all full-time roles.

Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we’ll let you in on a secret: there’s no such thing as a ‘perfect’ candidate. Process Street is a place where everyone can grow. So, however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work every day.

We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or Veteran status.
