What you will be doing

• Contributing to ongoing reviews of processes and procedures related to the AML/CFT framework.
• Ensuring stakeholder communication and reporting.

• Ensuring regulatory driven oversight of counterparties in relation to AML/CFT controls.
• Supporting strategic cross-border projects on AML/CFT matters.

What you will be doing:
• Leading a cross boarder team with 7 specialists.
• Develop and supervise the Corporate Action team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including custodians, brokers and issuers.
• Collaborate with other departments such as portfolio management, trading and compliance to ensure the smooth processing of corporate actions.
• Monitor and review corporate action announcements and coordinate with relevant parties to make informed decisions.
• Representing NAM in working groups.
