years of accounting experience and a professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent). You're an expert in the tools and processes used to run a world-class accounting team (ie. Xero, NetSuite, Expensify, Bill.com, Airbase, etc.) You have a deep understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and modeling. You live and breathe financial reporting and know how to create actionable, insightful reports. You love working with cross-functional teams to create financial processes that help control spend and create transparency into budgets. You get giddy developing new systems and processes to advance the finance department forward. You love managing multiple tasks at once and are known for your strong attention to detail.
