Northwest University is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Principal Faculty - Assistant/Associate Professor for the School of PA Medicine. This position will serve as a principal faculty member and collaborate with all members of the program faculty and staff.

The successful candidate will provide support with assessment, course, and curriculum sequencing to align with ARC-PA standards, as well as providing general leadership and direction to all enrolled students. The principal faculty candidate will report to the Dean of the PA program.

The principal faculty member must possess a meaningful commitment to Jesus Christ, the church, and the Gospel. We are seeking someone with a winsome, encouraging, and culturally engaged faith. Candidates with previous academic experience including precepting or teaching is preferred.

Essential Functions

Minimum Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a current licensed physician assistant or an allopathic/osteopathic physician.

The Major Gift Officer will report to the Senior Director of Development to ensure growth in fundraising success for Northwest University (NU). DONOR CULTIVATION
• Manage a portfolio of 100-125 major donors and prospects who may be parents of students, alumni, endowment founders, and other friends of NU who have the capacity to make multi-year commitments of five, six and seven-figure gifts.
• Initiate donor visits, conduct fundraising calls with a professional and engaging demeanor and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of major gifts cultivation, supervising annual gifts of at least $1,000 or more, special gifts from these and other donors, and annual donations that support the NU strategy and capital campaigns.
• Establish and maintain a donor cultivation cycle and gift stewardship program to ensure that new major donors are stewarded, have opportunities to increase their level of support annually, and enjoy a close relationship with NU.
• Research and identify top donor prospects of alumni or parents of current and past students.
• Implement the strategy to involve top donor prospects in events, annual fundraising events, VIP receptions, and in the life of the university through lectures, student performances, etc.
• Communicate with donor prospects via one-to-one cultivation, event participation, phone calls, emails, hand-written notes, letters and publications. Use of prospect research tools and other methods of pre-qualifying potential donors are expected.
• Manage donor social media platforms, other database software, and CRM (Salesforce) with the collaboration with the marketing team regarding parent information updating.
• Write a monthly email to a targeted audience (alumni, legacy-givers, or parents). Engage this audience in meaningful ways, through events, personalized communications, visits, etc.
• Work with a team representing parents for broader giving campaigns, and especially capital campaigns.
• Endures that predetermined annual fundraising goals are met.

MANAGEMENT
• Partner in the development and execution of personalized solicitation plans with an emphasis on personal face-to-face visits.
• Log all actions, tasks, and stewardship plans into the CRM database (Causeview/Salesforce). Record accurately to achieve key performance indicators and assessment matrix objectives.
• Proactively use integrations (including iWave) to determine prospective donors.

To complete sales, you collect and enter order information all while providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• One-on-one sales with customers in an outside sales environment.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company procedures
• Give product presentations to complete sales orders with customers.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of needs.
• Meet customer requirements by providing personalized solutions.
• Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
• Frequent travel throughout the year and 1-4 months relocation during the summer.
