Education / Training

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business or Program Management or equivalent;
• Experience using MS Project, Primavera or other project scheduling tool.

Preferred:
• Exposure to ERP systems.

Key Job Elements

• Work with functional areas to develop and maintain a MS Project schedule for the locomotive business;
• Schedule projects from a milestone, resource, and task standpoint;
• Report on project status and resource availability;
• Maintain accurate records while prioritizing and managing multiple project assignments;
• Participate on project teams and help in the development of work around plans for the critical path activities, if required;
• Prepares weekly reports and analysis of project activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Knowledge of project management concepts;
• Understands Critical Path Methodology;
• Ability to apply logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems;
• High level of interpersonal skills to work within team environment;
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Self-starter, ability to function with minimal supervision;
• Demonstrated personal time management skills.

Essential and Physical Activities Functions:
• Motion - The position spends most of the time in an office setting. The position will require occasional walking, standing, stooping, and bending;
• Vision/Hearing Requirements - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
• Work Environment - Work in temperature-controlled environment;
• Emotional Demands - Required to liaise with multiple levels within the organization, including senior leaders and managers. Individual must be well-spoken, able to manage multiple priorities and individual requests daily;
• Safety - This is not a safety sensitive position. It is primarily an office position requiring awareness of the safety requirement in an office environment within the facility; must be capable of following all safety protocols.

The Sr. NPI Project Engineer will be responsible for taking the lead role in deploying new products at Lucid. The New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Engineer will work closely with Project Lifecycle Management, Vehicle Integration, Design Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new products and changes.

You Will:
• Understand product and part design and the impact of design changes.
• Gain holistic knowledge of the product, production processes, and manufacturing technologies in order to understand and mitigate risks, as well as to recognize optimization opportunities.
• Work with affected teams to understand the critical actions necessary for successful introduction of new features, capabilities, and products, and ensure those needs will be met ahead of deployment.
• Participate in Engineering Change Request meetings to understand the scope of changes and assess impact to Operations by working with cross functional team members.
• Help with readiness of New Product Launch working closely with Operations team members.
• Maintain and communicate project timelines.
• Coordinate and effectively run meetings to resolve issues related to product changes.
• Manage material cut-over activity.
• Throughout the NPI process, you will look for opportunities to improve the process and quality.

You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Experience in manufacturing required.
• 5+ years in New Product Introduction General Assembly/Power Train.
• Experience in the automotive industry or Tier-1 supplier is a must.
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive initiatives in complex environments.
• Possesses strong presentation skills and communicates clearly and professionally at various levels both inside and outside the company.
• Excellent collaboration skills, team working skills with cross functional team members required.
• Working knowledge of Catia, Delmia, SAP preferred.
• Possess knowledge and experience across multiple functions within product design and manufacturing, operations.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a start up environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Using proficient language skills to review content shared by news media companies and individual journalists in order to classify the content based on the client s policies and code of conduct.
• Conduct detailed investigation about the user with multiple tools to establish if the user is eligible to be approved.
• Present good attention to details when analyzing variety of suspicious indicators presented by the user.
• Develop investigative skills to verify if the account has changed representation since the time of the first or last verification.

You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio... videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the user may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.

Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills. Role Details
• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
• Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent comprehension, communication, and (insert language) skills
