What would be your main responsibilities as an Account Manager ? :

Developing sales with new customers
Develop and utilize internal and external resources, showcasing Quadra’s reputation for service excellence
Cold calling potential customers
Qualify key decision makers and their needs
Sell Quadra’s superior product line to potential customers through routine customer visits, joint calls and participation in industry events

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Science
At least 5 years of experience in client prospecting and business development within the distribution or manufacturing space
Ideally someone with sales experience selling specifically into the Food Industry
Product formulation, Food Science background would be an asset but not required
Proven track record of sales growth and customer retention
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to motivate oneself, to be independent, to learn new technologies and to adapt to new situations
Ability to establish a relationship of trust with clients

Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently and proactively are critical for managing multiple tasks, identifying opportunities, and resolving challenges effectively

Identified organizational and problem-solving skills during the development, monitoring and conclusion of sales opportunities

Proficiency in using Office tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software like Salesforce, will facilitate effective communication, data analysis, and reporting

Motivated, able to work independently and show initiative
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, including overnight travel

Purpose of Position:
