Job Duties and Responsibilities Dynamic Ad Insertion team building next generation Video advertising platform that facilitates to efficiently maximize exposure to desired audiences across DISH and Sling TV. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Dynamic Ad Insertion(DAI), who is passionate about understanding customers' needs, can drive continuous advancements and improvements within team, is great at solving problems, can build trust and relationships with different stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Analytics), is comfortable addressing and resolving ambiguity, is continually pushing yourself and those around you to improve And build high-performance development teams. Technical Product Manager:
Skills - Experience and Requirements Own functional aspects of product suite Focus on customer experience & constant value generation by product improvement and scaling using / creating AI/ML solutions Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical software development team. Communicating with and presenting for a wide array of audiences, including executives, about product vision, product roadmap, and key product initiatives Understanding customers' needs and translate to technical requirements for Engineering team to deliver the best solutions efficiently and effectively Uncover and understand leadership goals / objectives and translate them into Team OKRs that could be accomplished within a quarter (Quarterly Planning). Work with development team(s), including engineers, architects, TA engineers, systems, and operations to break-down OKRs in small workable stories (Including definition of success criteria). Ensure requirements (Stories) are fully understood by development team and create an implementation plan by distributing stories in sprints that matches expectations. The plan must be aligned with team's OKRs and leadership OKRs Work with development team to deliver features as planned, track and review progress made on OKRs Foresee risk and impediments and help development team by removing them or putting mitigation plan Demonstrate accomplishments with working software and/or supporting artifacts to stakeholders Drive improvement in product quality by implementing automation in player release and backend software validation, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipeline, and responding to incidents occurred in production Coordinate feature development and release management with venders and consultants / contractors Work with Sling Systems and Operations to support SRE & DevOps activities You would be considered a great fit for this role if you have the following:

years of experience in working in agile methodology 5
years of product management experience with high-quality and large-scale services including customer analysis, product development and delivery, KPI management, operational management and roadmap development Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience Great verbal and written communication to executives and ability to work effectively on shared projects across other Sling teams Strong understanding of how to build successful end-to-end customer experience products and services Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders A positive attitude, with outstanding creative thinking and problem-solving skills Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data to drive product decisions
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
