Leading Performance Digital Media agency seeks entrepreneurial and driven Associate Director of Digital Media to lead Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic media strategy in a hands-on team lead and execution role, leading digital strategy and managing a small team of buyers and coordinators to achieve client centric cross channel campaign measurement and optimization, and the continued growth and success of the digital media business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record owning and spearheading client relationships and deliverables across paid search, social, and programmatic channels, and will work with the digital media teams to maximize agency ROI, customer retention and new customer acquisition. Must have strong understanding of media search and buying, with omnichannel experience managing enterprise accounts, stakeholder communications and performing reviews and quality checks for the team. This will be a visible role at a highly successful performance media agency with excellent long term career growth potential.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years Digital Paid Media experience in a performance marketing environment with strong understanding of Paid Search/ SEM, Social and Programmatic campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of campaign success and optimization metrics: including reach, frequency, conversions, pacing, traffic, target CPAs, etc.
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments preferred.
• Experience working on enterprise level Paid accounts with large ($1m+) budgets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, process oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

• FP&A background/modeling experience which includes key driver analysis, economic framing, Business and/or Operations strategies, and innovative approaches to visualization
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365; that includes Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation)

What Will Put You Ahead
• Previous leadership experience (i.e., building, developing and supervising a team, leading transformation, being a driver of company initiatives, project leadership, or similar)
