• Proficiency in US equity and options market structure
• Ability to stay up-to-date regarding competitors agendas and offerings
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Intellectually curious with the ability to solve real world business problems using quantitative and computational techniques

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week .

Base Salary Range for New York Candidates

The expected base salary for this role is between 150,000 - 175,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchanges incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.

2 years of experience with a regulator, Broker-Dealer, an exchange or similar organization conducting surveillance reviews, as well as related investigations (preferred)

Solid analytical and quantitative abilities coupled with the ability to research and analyze complex information and trading data to identify potential violations of exchange rules and the federal securities laws and recommend thoughtful conclusions to findings.

Ability to present surveillance and investigative findings clearly and concisely to management and other regulatory stakeholders.

Ability to write and execute SQL queries against large data (preferred)

Sound professional judgment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to engage with market participants and representatives when conducting surveillance reviews and investigations

Ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision

Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments in regulation, NYSE and ICE
