RESPONSIBILITY #1:
Maintain Updates to Order Status in Visual
• Send out open order requests or direct supplier to NTA supplier portal with status on all items. Maintain a list of dates/suppliers that have been requested to update open orders. Follow up regularly to ensure complete responses to meet established ECD.
• Enter updates from suppliers onto Visual purchase order promise dates. Notify buyer of items that miss requirement (past due) for further review and/or action. Relay any supplier requests to buyer.
• Contact suppliers to expedite urgent/past due items via email and phone as directed by management. Follow up on urgent items regularly.
• Notify management of supplier issues (severe delays, credit hold, other) as notified by suppliers.
• Request updated LT’s and update into Visual. Notify buyer and maintain log of adjustments.

NCM Activity
• Request to supplier for CR-T NCM’s. Follow up with supplier.
• As directed by OEM Management
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School degree or equivalent.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 1-2 year previous experience in MRP systems.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and follow up to close items.
• Ability to work independently but involve management for issues.
