About the Role
As a Program Manager intern at Tinder, you will partner directly with members of the Product, Design and Engineering teams and be empowered to contribute to solutions that improve how those groups work together and execute against an exciting roadmap. We are deeply invested in improving our operating model, challenging norms, exploring emergent tech and ideas, and leveraging new technologies in interesting ways to deliver an app that is widely known the world over.
What you’ll do:
• Collaborate with partners across the business (e.g. Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists) to identify opportunities to improve the Readiness Program (from processes to tools leveraged by those teams)
• Create a framework and document best practices/how to guides for teams using our roadmapping and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence), and help enforce those processes to ensure best practices are followed
• Drive effective teamwork, communication collaboration and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities
• Regularly track and report on program status including updates and critical issues (in the form of email and occasional presentations to leadership)
About you:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, bonus if in Computer Science (or related field) o Information Architecture
• Passionate about solving complex problems and making continuous improvements to processes
• Track record of leading outreach within organizations and/or project management experience through class projects, clubs or internships
The expected hourly rate for this internship is $27/hour.

About the Role
As an iOS intern at Tinder, you will partner directly with senior members of the mobile team and be empowered to contribute solutions to the Tinder codebase. Where you’ll work
This role is open to be remote or hybrid. Hybrid candidates can work onsite in our Los Angeles or Palo Alto offices.

• Collaborate on the development, implementation and functionality of Tinder’s newest features and platform architecture
• Build robust, lasting, and scalable products that serve millions of users
• Work on systems that handle billions of data events a day
• Leverage large scale multi-channel communications to keep users well-informed (push notifications, emails, in-app messaging, and more)
• Write unit and integration tests
• Participate in the annual Tindership Hackathon, presenting with your team to the entire Tinder team and panel of executives.
What we’re looking for:
• Aspiring iOS developer who’s excited to work on large scale challenges with cutting-edge technology
• Proficiency in coding with Swift
• Foundational knowledge of basic Computer Science principles: data structures and algorithms.
• Currently pursuing a BS/BA, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field (Graduation date of December 2023 onward)
Nice to have:
• Prior Internship or work experience on a native mobile application
• Completed mobile project experience (i.e. hack-a-thons, personal projects, GitHub, Open Source, volunteer coding experience etc.)
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as MVC, MVVM, Viper etc
• Aware of native app development tools/concepts like xcode, core data, core animation, dependency injection, combine, swift UI, UI kit etc. is not required but a bonus
