Your Attributes and Experience:

Knowledge and Expertise:
• A working knowledge of Risk Management and the role technology plays in shaping it, especially:
• How technologies such as AI, Cloud or low/ no code development help deliver digital transformation
• Technology environments within Financial Services firms, including how FIs manage data.
• A keen interest in understanding emerging technologies and Regtech innovations.
• Familiarity with the offerings, market, client base and organization of a bank, insurer or wealth management firm
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods

Skills:
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral, including ability to structure content and deliver clear messages in different formats (e.g., Word-based report vs PowerPoint presentation vs video, etc.)

• Excellent academic credentials from a top university.

Professional experience:
• 5+ years’ experience in a management consulting firm, or research & advisory firm in a strategy, research, or consulting role.
• 5+ years’ experience in a top financial institution with some responsibility for offering strategy, technology strategy or product management.

You will effectively manage the execution of individual project workstreams. This typically includes developing hypotheses; managing data collection, model creation and analyses; conducting primary (e.g. complex survey and interviews) and secondary research; creatively tackling information limitations; and surfacing insights. You will also synthesize findings into written presentations; reviewing and discussing with clients and other stakeholders.
