You will manage the entire auction process while remarketing vehicles and report to the VP of Operations. This would require regular weekday travel, working in an outside environment inspecting vehicles in advance of sale, and conducting regular inspection training with our branch managers on off-sale days.
You Will
• Assess each vehicle's condition, type and current market conditions to set accurate floor prices.
• Educate company branch network along with area managers on proper condition report writing and vehicle damage assessments.
• Make proper repair authorizations and vehicle condition enhancement decisions.
• Evaluate current auction providers on key performance indicators and determine when an existing under-performing auction should be escalated.
You Have
• Must have valid, state-issued, driver's license with no DUI, DWI or DWAI convictions in the past three (3) years.
• Can understand AutoIMS, VIN decoding and industry pricing guides.
• Training experience is desirable.

We're looking for an on-site paid intern in Springfield, Pa who wants to learn the ins and outs of the life of a corporate human resources representative. You will support not only employees and managers but will also contribute to HR continuous improvements efforts. Job Summary:
webuyanycar.com has a rich history of success and growth up and down the East Coast from New Jersey-Florida, we are looking to expand and are currently looking for driven, dedicated individuals that are excited about the opportunity to join a winning team and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built.
