Who We’re Seeking:
The Content Team at Omaze is responsible for the creation of all of Omaze’s marketing deliverables ranging from video to design and copy. The Producer will produce video and still content shoots promoting the chance to win Omaze’s dream experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce shoots of various scales: hire crew, book travel/lodging, rent equipment, negotiate with vendors, source locations, secure permits and releases, travel for shoots, send out call sheets, manage productions on set, deliver stills and video to post, ensure all invoices and receipts get submitted to accounting in a timely manner
• Act as liaison with external partners on all production-related discussions
• Hire and supervise freelance producers and production companies while also recruiting new freelance talent and vendors
• Interface across departments to develop and manage shoot calendars and budgets while meeting marketing timelines and goals
Our Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s or above in film or communication
• 4+ years of experience at a YouTube channel, MCN, ad agency, or equivalent producing short-form digital video
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
• Experience working on content featuring A-list talent is a plus

Who We’re Seeking:
This position will report directly to the Corporate Controller and will be responsible for managing and executing the day to day accounting activities for US operations. The position will be responsible for managing the general ledger, accounts payable and monthly close process for US operations.
What You’ll Do:
• Management of full month-end close processes
• Full GL management, including the oversight of accurate and timely posting of all transactions, including review of monthly journal entries
• Manage and review accounts payable function
• Manage state regulatory financial reporting working cross functionally with internal compliance team
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure complex arrangements and new products are properly and efficiently implemented
• Assist the Controller in establishing and implementing accounting policies and practices to ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Assist the Controller in managing external auditor relationships, including creating technical accounting memorandums
• Collaborate with external grant making partners to ensure information flow is autonomous
• Identify opportunities to improve on financial processes
• Continuously monitor staffing levels and workload assignments to ensure there is sufficient knowledge and cross-training to accomplish goals, including training and succession planning as needed
Our Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 10+ years of experience with minimum of 5+ years proven experience managing a team both public and private accounting experience strongly preferred
