Participate in and nurture broad networks of alliances with others to exchanges knowledge and information about learning and change in support of change initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education Post-graduation in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience or Graduation with MBA in International Business from reputed university. Preferably from Science background. EXPERIENCE Individual must possess a minimum of 3-5 years combined leadership experience including one to two years in a senior management. Must have direct management experience with large-scale initiatives involving significant dollar amounts and implications, a large staff, and involving diverse stakeholder groups. Experience working with volunteers and knowledge of the not for profit sector are preferred. Should have 3-4 years of experience with international client. SKILLS The ability to lead and motivate groups and individuals. Able to think creatively and strategically to successfully mediate and negotiate with individuals and groups internally and externally. Able to overcome obstacles to cooperation and to foster harmonious relations. Strong project management skills. Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines. A creative approach to problem-solving and a high level. Proven leadership and consensus building skills. Solid and broad understanding of all aspects of fiscal management and information technology. Ensure the smooth operation and that all logistics and other event details are implemented as planned. Be main point of contact for Program chairs, session chairs, scientific committee and invited speakers for conference content/for all conference related communications. Manage timelines for Program chairs, session chairs, scientific committee and invited speakers. Conference program Develop yearly outreach plan according to program needs and capacity. Confirm proposed program structure and ensure it works within limitations of time & space. Evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods. Confirm timing of breaks, lunches, start and end times. Preparing program evaluation report. Attending meetings as required. Abstract management and abstract book production Compile conference specific abstracts and update on Abstracts database. Liaise with chair to confirm abstract review procedure and compile review instructions accordingly. Pro-actively work with internal and external teams to ensure that deadlines are meet. Compile abstract review data, send to chair and mark-up Abstracts database. Update Abstracts with dates, times and numbers and notify speakers of their presentation times. Coordinate poster program details, update presenters and supply guidelines . Request presenters/speakers to register by Speaker registration deadline. Collate abstracts, invited speaker bios and abstracts, artwork and sponsor files. Compile all files into conference abstract book proof and send for printing. Reporting Report on the status of conference to Director, Program Manager and Team Leader regularly and tailor each report to the receivers needs. Create Management Information Reports including conference feedback for further conference development. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education BTech(Biotech) or (Chemical Engineering), MTech(Biotech) or (Chemical Engineering), Ph.D (Chemical), MSc(Chemistry) and equivalent combination of training and experience. EXPERIENCE Individual must possess a minimum of 1 or 2 years R&D experience in Pharmaceutical/ Medical/ Clinical companies. SKILLS Must have strong and polished interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines. Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects. Should work with a team in order to accomplish monthly & yearly targets.
