As the leader of all-things-facilities, you will work with leadership and all our teammates to create an office environment where people can do their best work. You will have ownership for all employee systems on/offboarding, facilities operations and budget, including liaising with the landlord, managing office and basic IT related needs and vendors, space planning and management including seating, furniture and team/office equipment purchase, installation and maintenance, office maintenance and cleanliness, supplies management etc.
In This Role You Will
Provide Executive Assistance
• Be the main point of contact between OMNY executives, clients, prospects, and external partners. This includes managing all types of daily correspondence to ensure professional, accurate, and timely responses and appropriate prioritization. This includes drafting and managing communications on behalf of our executives, where requested/appropriate
• Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management for internal/external meetings
• Attend key meetings and taking detailed meeting notes/minutes in order to drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items and ensure action items are closed out on time
• Work independently and within a team on non-recurring and ongoing projects at the request of various executives. This may include planning and coordinating presentations and disseminating information. For example, researching and conducting data analysis to prepare documents for review and presentation by board of directors, committees, and executives, and preparing and retrieving internal and external corporate records, documents and reports for staff and external partners etc.
• Maintain and refine internal processes and communications that support Company executives, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflows
• Prepare travel arrangements, itineraries, and timely filing and reporting of executive expenses
• Provide event support and planning, including retreats, meetings, staff events, off-sites, and other special functions, owning logistical research/planning, day-of support, and invoice/billing management
• Coordinate mail, including picking up secure mail weekly at a minimum from our Buckhead location. Support various mailings, packet compilations and company registrations and filings.
Manage Office Operations
• Design, communicate and oversee implementation and communication of office operations, policies and procedures including safety, security and ensuring compliance with various facilities laws and regulations e.g., OSHA, in collaboration with our compliance and security teams
• Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary office supplies including employee equipment, shared office equipment and peripherals, printer supplies, occasional snacks and drinks, and other supplies as needed. basic supplies stocked, and to fulfill additional approved requests by executive management
• Develop/maintain strong working relationships with landlord, vendors, and contractors, including serving as the key point of contact for all office related vendors (e.g., maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment repair etc.) and being the liaison with the landlord/ building management on any office needs (e.g. carpet cleaning, light fixture replacement, office temperature, power outages etc.)
• Own all space planning operations
• Ensure general office upkeep and “look and feel” including tidiness, organization, keeping all common areas clean and functional, encouraging clean desks and overall office etc.
• Monitor office machines and systems, and problem-solve issues as needed (including copier, TV/videoconferencing systems, conference room functionality, fridge, internet, Wi-Fi, power, desks etc.) to ensure an optimal working environment, working with IT to solve problems as needed
• Problem solve computer systems, peripherals, email and networks as needed, working with IT as needed
• Continually look for ways to evolve and improve operational efficiency of systems and processes impacting staff and office operations
• Additional general office and basic IT/employee systems onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Role Location
Atlanta, GA. We are in hybrid remote/in-office environment. Given the nature of the role, most of your working hours will be spent in our midtown office.

OMNY is seeking a talented and motivated and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist, Life Sciences, to join our commercial team. You’ll be responsible for supporting OMNY’s on-line presence in social and professional on-line sites, building and executing digital media campaigns, prospecting for new accounts, assisting with day to day operations including keeping the CRM up to date, and... managing existing customer relationships, all in support of OMNY’s aggressive growth objectives.

In This Role You Will
• Work in a team environment; develop and execute a plan, in alignment with company vision, mission and strategic plans to engage potential customers
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and securing new business opportunities for OMNY, both in product and professional services
• Create slide decks and sales collateral to showcase OMNY capabilities during sales discussions
• In collaboration with Business Development Management, develop effective proposals and persuasively close new business opportunities
• In collaboration with Business Development Management, accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams
• Collaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to facilitate the best client experience
• Maintain timely documentation of sales activities in CRM, in order to facilitate appropriate reporting of client contacts, notes, opportunities, and sales pipeline
• At all times, demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of prior experience and proven results selling or delivering solutions leveraging healthcare data, insights and analytics to life sciences companies, including experience with research and commercial functions at life sciences companies
• Demonstrated strategic selling skills that have resulted in a successful sales track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas. This includes including stellar sales experience and exemplary communication, presentation and negotiation skills under often tight timelines
• Proven ability to generate a high volume/high quality sales pipeline with a high leads-to-qualified prospect conversion rate
• Knowledge of the healthcare data ecosystem relative to life sciences and value drivers in recurring revenue business models, including proven strong understanding of the data and insights needs of multiple life sciences archetypes
• Demonstrated experience working with life-sciences senior management teams to identify needs, solutions and drive to closure projects that align with client imperatives
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment; a demonstrated ability to execute with a strong bias for action and effectively prioritizing/meeting aggressive, recurring deadlines
• High degree of professional ethics, with a focus on doing what's right for the customer and the business, with purpose and contagious enthusiasm

• Articulating in a compelling manner OMNY’s complete set of product and services offerings, capabilities, benefits, competitive advantages and commercialization-related insights to life sciences customers and prospects.
• Confidently and credibly presenting healthcare data products and solutions, give product presentations and demonstrations, lead conference calls, handle technical discussions/due diligence, lead executive discussions, webinars etc.
• Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with director+ level executives at life sciences companies in research and commercial functions (market access, marketing, product, branding, etc.) by delivering elite client service and engaging them using in-depth industry and organizational knowledge
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospect to close and beyond, constantly refining and shortening the sales cycle. This includes sourcing and closing new clients through referrals, networking and other means (tradeshows, conferences, regional organizations etc.)
