This position will report to the Regional Organizing Director and is based in Michigan.
Responsibilities
● Recruit, train and manage fellows and volunteers to conduct direct voter contact.
● Coordinate volunteer events included but not limited to in person canvasses, phone banks and community meetings.
● Utilize a number of tactics and tools to hit daily and weekly metric goals including but not limited to phone recruitment, texting, high traffic canvassing and tabling.
● Recruit, manage and train volunteer leaders to execute a large scale GOTV.
● Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
● Previous campaign experience as staff or volunteer preferred but not required.
● Willingness to work in the field office and in the community you are assigned.
● Commitment to electing all Democrats up and down the ballot.
● Flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented.
● Must have access to a cell phone, vehicle and ability to relocate if necessary.

At All for One Fundraising we are the extension of the charity that brings people together and inspires them to take action. Our teams work together on an important mission: ensuring our non-profit partners can achieve their goals of improving the world around us.
As the Regional Manager you are responsible for managing effective daily operations of multiple campaigns across locations in your region to ensure All For One Fundraising’s success for our charity partners. The Regional Manager MUST have 2 years of F2F non-profit fundraising and 2 years F2F non-profit management experience. This role is a hybrid travel position. The Regional Manager will oversee a minimum of two campaigns in their region and are expected to do two weeks of traveling where they are to be in the field 5 days/week. Then one week working from home, where they will be developing plans and strategies to improve their markets.
Key role responsibilities:
• Directly oversee and manage a minimum of two Campaign Managers (CM) across multiple locations in your region.
• Conduct interviews and hire new staff. Train and develop core skills of existing staff, and solve any issues in the field that may arise, while exhibiting mastery of fundraising for the charities assigned to you.
• Ensure all administrative work for campaigns is completed and submitted in a timely fashion. This includes new hire paperwork, daily team set-up, payroll (time-sheets), weekly reporting, following protocol based on company policies, running staff and/or team leader meetings, conference calls etc.
• Daily communication with Campaign Managers and other staff in your region to ensure they are successfully hitting campaign targets. This includes session-by-session updates and phone calls for effective troubleshooting.
• Daily updates with National Operations Manager in order to facilitate your region contributing to targets and to exhibit problem solving skills throughout each day and each week.
• Travel requirement - Two weeks on, one week off. During travel weeks, minimum five days per week of in the field fundraising with the teams. During off weeks, work from home to develop training plans and other projects for campaigns.
• Teach fundraising, team leading, and campaign managing as a skill so that motivated staff can promptly learn to be an effective teammate for A41.
• Distribute new charity information to staff in an organized and effective manner that can be utilized in achieving campaign targets.
• Ensure all staff are working in accordance with A41 Fundraising’s code of conduct while in the field, in meetings/trainings, and at after work socials.
• Manage inventory to ensure all staff have the necessary gear and equipment to perform their duties in an effective and professional manner.
• Work with Campaign Manager to organize team building activities and/or socials.
