Your role will be to translate the founders vision and ideas into fully fledged art sculptures along with a great design team consisting of ME's, EE's and software engineers. The right candidate is extremely focused on quality and design, and have an eye for aesthetics. You'll be following your projects from start to finish and ensuring quality in the final piece.
Our pieces are usually very large scale public works that include interactive components in architectural spaces. Experience in these types of environments is a huge plus.

• Directing graduation events.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant administrative or project management experience in a professional setting.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of recruiter / placement experience
• Proficient in setting up and managing Zoom Sessions and Webinars
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Google suite & Excel
• LMS knowledge and experience is a plus
• A passion for education and creating opportunities for a diverse range of talent
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written/oral communication skills.
• A sharp eye for detail.
• Strategic problem-solving skills.
• Self starter and problem solving skills
• Able to work from our New York office 3 days a week

The administrator will run the day-to-day operations of the school to ensure that it delivers transformative learning... experiences for creator students, and our brand and agency partners.
Daily responsibilities include:
• Working closely with the heads of The Lab to support them in the execution of the program
• Working closely with Creators & Partners to answer their questions/resolve issues
• Managing the schedules/calendars of all PODs and programming
