Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.

• Multiple project experiences implementing Microsoft 365 Cloud services for large organizations
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the architecture, implementation, and enablement of OneDrive, Teams, Planner, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online
• Experience leading the technical roll out of Microsoft 365 (M365) services to organizations of around 5,000 users (or greater)
• Experience working with senior level client management, including experience conducting executive level briefings

CACI is seeking an experienced Sr. M365 Engineer (Exchange) to be part of a dynamic and high performing team designing, implementing, and transitioning a government customer to a M365 GCC tenant. The candidate will be responsible for operational support and service delivery of these managed enterprise services working on service delivery initiatives that improve the availability and performance of the managed services and troubleshooting complex incidents.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to design, test and deploy the customer M365 instance
• Support in standing-up the operations support model for managing this new tenant
• Provide end-to-end service support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
• Participate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability, security, and performance of the managed services
• Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams
• Participate in the adherence, planning, and analysis of the operational budget for managed services
• Assist in managing business relationships across internal teams, vendors, and 3rd party providers as needed to deliver managed services
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services
• Monitor the operation of managed services

Required Qualifications:
• Ability to attain DHS EOD
• MA + 7 years of experience, BA + 10 years of experience, AA + 12 years of experience, or 16 years of experience
• 5 or more years of experience in Architecture and Designing solutions, Migrating on-prem Exchange to O365/Exchange Online.
• Must have strong hands-on experience working on Exchange Online
• Experience implementing M365 DLP, Cloud App Security, Defender, and Conditional Access
• Understanding of Message Retention and Data Compliance Requirements
• A full understanding of the Microsoft 365 and Collaboration technology stack
• Proficiency in all technical aspects of M365 implementation and Azure Active Directory (AAD) services required.
• Strong communication skills – be able to expresses key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
• Hand- on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of core M365 services, including (but not limited to):

• Experience in enterprise administration is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the system hardware and software, and related infrastructure is required.
• Professional experience in Microsoft Azure technologies and products, including Azure SQL, Azure Cloud Data Warehouse, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Office 365, and SharePoint is a big plus.
