Who You Are
The Data Conversion Engineer serves as a key component of the Platform Integrations team, providing technical support and guidance on data conversion projects. Conversions are an integral part in ensuring adherence to Paymentus’ standards for a successful launch. This role is essential to ensure all bill payment data converts properly and efficiently onto the Paymentus platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop data conversion procedures using SQL, Java and Linux scripting.
- Augment and automate existing manual procedures to optimize accuracy and reduce time for each conversion.
- Develop and update conversion mappers to interpret incoming data and manipulate it to match Paymentus specifications.
- Develop new specifications to satisfy new customers and products.
- Serve as primary point of contact/driver for all technical related conversion activities.
- Review conversion calendar and offer technical support and solutions to meet deadlines and contract dates.
- Maintain and update technical conversion documentation to share with internal and external clients and partners.
- Work in close collaboration with implementation, integration, product and development teams using exceptional communication skills.
- Adapt and creatively solve encountered problems under high stress and tight deadlines.
- Learn database structure, business logic and combine all knowledge to improve processes.
- Be flexible
- Monitor new client conversions and existing client support if needed; provide daily problem solving, coordination, and communication
- Management of multiple projects and conversion implementations
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and solve problems with limited supervision
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities or direct reports.
Education and Experience
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science or comparable experience.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and the command line interface.
- Exceptional SQL skills.
- 6 years of experience in a development and engineering role
- Experience with logging/monitoring tools (AWS Cloudwatch, Splunk, ELK, etc.)
- Familiarity with various online banking applications and understanding of third-party integrations is a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solver – recognizes the need to resolve issues quickly and effectively, uses logic to solve problems; identifies problems and brings forward multiple solution options; knows who/when to involve appropriate people when troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities
Revolution is now hiring for multiple Conversion Operator positions in Vernon, CA. This position is a 12-hour shift, 4 days a week, with the potential for overtime. The role will be responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining roll-feed. This position will work with the Packer to ensure that the product quality and special requests are met.
• Reads and understands a job card call out specifications and confirms that the production card and product on the machine is the same and ready to run.
• Operates a variety of equipment and vehicles; utilizing a variety of hand tools as required; arrange for the routine maintenance and repair of conversion equipment as needed.
• Works closely with Packers and or Production Assistants, assisting with packing bags, moving pallets and the unloading of boxes.
• Communicates effectively with Packers and Production Assistants of any changes or when rolls are flagged.
• Performs routine checks on machine to make sure it is safe and functioning properly; reports any unsafe condition(s) of machine to the Supervisor and Maintenance.
• Monitors the daily operation of the machine by ensuring that the product is effectively produced.
• Threads film through rollers on conversion machine.
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of running machinery experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent GED.
• Valid California Class C driver’s license.
• Valid Forklift Certification.
• Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.
• Essential reading and writing skills.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.
California Pay Transparency: Base Range $17.50 -$18.00/hour + Overtime + Shift Differential + Benefits + PTO

FIS is looking for an Implementation-Conversion Analyst to join our IBS Sales and Service Teller Implementations team in Milwaukee, WI.
As an Implementation-Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will review the teller platform, processes, tickets, reports, and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate mapping and system conversions. This position will work with our IBS banking clients across the US to manage and execute successful teller implementations for the IBS applications. The Integrated Banking Solutions (IBS) Sales and Services (SAS) Implementations is a uniquely staffed team that is at the forefront of Branch Banking products. The IBS SAS Team manages the full Project Management lifecycle of single application conversions, but also has the technical aptitude to do most of the work as it pertains to client onboarding of our products and services. With over 20 unique products that make up the IBS SAS Suite, our products and services support a financial institution's desire to know more about each consumer, provide security, efficiency and be a leader in the digital age of banking. Any new associate joining this team will be exposed to a multitude of excellent individual learning and team growth opportunities in either the functional, technical or the project management world here at FIS.
What you will be doing:
As an Implementation-Conversion Analyst, you will be at the core of changing the way the world banks. You will be responsible for working directly with clients, conversion teams and others across the organization to drive successful client-facing implementation of IBS Teller products. You will be a Subject Matter Expert to our clients, helping them learn our products and coaching them through IBS Teller setup and integration. You will also have responsibility managing project timelines and reporting statuses.
• Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how IBS Teller must be established to meet client needs.
• Work with clients to establish IBS Teller Transactions, Product Integration and Administration.
• Interact with conversion teams assigned to projects and facilitate discussions across multiple product lines to establish a customized IBS Teller solution for clients.
• Participate in project milestones by assisting clients with teller transaction processing, reviewing reports and cash balancing.
• This role may involve future travel up to 25%
What you will need:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of banking experience, specifically in retail. You will also have excellent relationship building skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with various departments and clients. In addition, you will have:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
• Very organized and detail oriented; able to work with shifting priorities
• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
• Requires human relations, negotiation, and documentation skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally
• Self-starter, able to work independently and follow Project Management best practices
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
• Flexibility, versatility, dependability
