Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 40,560

Maximum: 83,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and use appropriate influencing techniques

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated success working independently

The ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred

Qualifications

2 - 3 years of experience within the long-term care industry in a customer-facing role preferred, not required

2 - 3 years of training experience preferred, not required

2 - 3 years project management experience preferred, not required

Education

Bachelors' degree or the equivalent work experience
