Join our national team of advisors providing strategic planning, business development and marketing planning, and technical assistance and consultation for our customers - provider organizations, health plans, tech companies, and investors. Our senior advisors manage these... initiatives from concept through implementation.
This position is responsible for:
• Producing high-profile proposal responses in a variety of formats which aid in growing and retaining OPEN MINDS sales & profitability.
• Working with OPEN MINDS consultants and team members to develop and design all manner business development documents including, but not limited to: proposals and proposal templates, product/service capability statements, pricing estimate worksheets/templates, agreements and agreement templates, presentations, website copy, and brochures.
• Leading the response to RFP’s and RFI’s from various organizations, with responsibilities including but not limited to: developing project workplans and assignments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, conducting research and interviews, gathering information via internet, email and phone, and outlining, writing and formatting the proposal response.
• Conducting market research to provide contextual background for OPEN MINDS proposals.
• Develop capability statements and other business development or marketing related documents drawing from existing materials.
• Preparing weekly and monthly status reports on the status of proposal activities.
The position is a full-time salaried position with benefits and a performance bonus. Candidates can live anywhere in the continental United States. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record in successful proposal writing as part of business development consultation.
