Qualifications...
• Associates degree or higher preferred
• At least 1 year experience in Continuing Medical Education (CME) or similar field
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, environment
• Able to work well in a small office environment and comfortable assisting and collaborating on projects as needed
• Energetic and able to work well with others, as well as working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner with all members and employees
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Some evening and weekend meetings required

Responsibilities:
• Handles all daily responsibilities for the oversight and coordination of the OOA’s continuing medical education (CME) programs, American Osteopathic Association (AOA) Category 1-A CME accreditation and joint providerships for AMA PRA Category 1™ credits
• Works with the volunteer program chairperson to execute 3 annual CME programs by contacting speakers, obtaining disclosure forms and learning objectives, and creating outcomes measures surveys
• Creates pdf flyers and advertising materials to market CME events to members
• Responsible for input of CME activity into management database
• Assists CEO with CME conference venue selection and event planning, provides on-site support, interfaces with host-facilities’ (e.g. hotels) staff
• Assist physicians with registration and receipt of CME credit
• Manages all aspects of OOA periodic reaccreditation process
• Responsible for uploading all CME content to TraCME AOA database
• Monitors live Zoom CME and recordings, processes recorded CME videos for continuing education use
• Other duties as assigned
