Responsibilities include:
• Ensure kitchen & coffee bar area are neat, clean and stocked with appropriate supplies twice daily and additionally as needed
• Manage front desk operations (receive and announce guests, direct phone calls, ensure a neat and presentable office space)
• Handle all office maintenance issues through communication with building management, via Angus (property management portal) and/or external vendor relationships

• Create/Deactivate Building IDs for new employees

• Assist CEO & Chief of Staff with scheduling travel, appointments, and expense reports
• Assist the Marketing team in "Market Open" events and conferences as well as liaise coordination of the quarterly Board of Directors Meeting
• Partner with Corporate Infrastructure to ensure all office technology is in working order and set up for meetings
• Manage relationships with our building management and vendors
• Maintain internal documentation for office systems, processes, and building amenities
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, coordinate pickup and delivery of FedEx, UPS express mail; sign for deliveries and notify recipients

Qualifications:
• Experience in a reception and or facilities/office management role highly desired A polished and professional demeanor
• Proven ability to independently execute assigned tasks with minimal oversight

• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply good judgement and develop comprehensive solutions for issues that may arise in a timely manner

The salary offered for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The position will be eligible for a comprehensive compensation package, which includes stock options, annual bonus, employer 401(k) contribution and other benefits.
