Some of the responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
• Performs repair and maintenance on the physical plant, equipment, furnishings, grounds and related property. Determines if completed repairs and maintenance are effective, including that of contracted and vendor activities and certifies maintenance completion information for maintenance log for applicable property equipment, furnishings or fixtures.
• Oversees and reports on lawn and yard maintenance care. Assures watering of grassy areas is completed within limitations and restrictions imposed by local government.

This schedule for this position is Monday - Friday schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform basic maintenance of small engine equipment and fleet vehicles including minor repairs as needed.
Coordinate larger repairs with local businesses and follow through until completion.
Track repairs on Google sheets, updating all vehicle information regularly.
Technology adept- we have app based timesheets and need to have the awareness of switching between tasks with notes.
Test and prepare equipment for different projects, including assembling tool and project kits for field teams.
Loading equipment in vehicles, checking stock items, refreshing vehicles as they come in, fueling vehicles.
Organize shop equipment, tools, and product inventory, being proactive about ordering stock items that needs to be replenished or ordered.
Helping inventory and track equipment.
Complete general building and yard maintenance around the shop such as gutters, spraying weed killers, etc.
Deliver equipment to field employees in the Seattle area.
Provide basic handyman services as needed (light bulb replacement, etc.).
Follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanically inclined, background with pressure washing machines a plus.
Communication with Office and Management both verbal and Chats, follow through communication when tasks are completed is a necessity.
Good driving record required.
Strong organizational and communication skills with an aptitude for technology- we use Google Chats for messaging.
Team player mentality and a positive attitude with the ability to work independently.

Desire to continuously learn and improve
Ability to drive using a manual transmission vehicle
Honest work ethic, self motivated.
Able to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis
History of small equipment repair
Background with truck maintenance schedules
