Responsible for configuring and operating local, remote, and cloud-based applications. Manages client access to all ShotLink related data assets. Work closely with Product Owners/Developers to ensure quick and accurate resolutions for all clients in a rapidly changing environment. QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS or equivalent job experience Knowledge of Office 365, basic computer networking, basic user administration and device management experience required AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification required within... first 12 months of hire 2+ years previous technical support role required Experience in a fast-paced, operational support position preferred Ability to troubleshoot JSON, XML & APIs Familiar with Insomnia or other API interface applications Ability to articulate complex issues via phone, real-time messaging and email is necessary Must be adaptable, collaborative, detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks appropriately Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems experience preferred Knowledge of the game of golf and related scoring & statistics is helpful. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Advance Tournament Operations Manage setup/configuration for all upcoming PGA TOUR sanctioned events – (PGA TOUR, Champions TOUR, Korn Ferry TOUR, PGA TOUR Latinoamerica & PGA TOUR Canada) Manage both Advanced Week and Tournament Week events and can be involved in supporting up to 10 events at any given time Administer Tournament data inputs and work with other departments to validate all Tournament specific details (Groupings, Points, etc. – Competitions, Prize Money Payouts – Player Prize, Event Formats – Producers, and other related details) Work with Engineers to ensure all related tasks are completed for each event Collaborate with third party scoring providers for events such as The Masters, PGA Championship Provide specific Player/Tournament Statistics to be used in Broadcast related applications during televised events. Load and validate all Tournament Field releases (XML) and distribution (API) Configure all International Events that are OWGR point-eligible, liaison with OWGR administrators as needed. Tournament Scoring Support & Monitoring Monitor DataDog for alerts affecting Tournament Scoring Operations Provide first level troubleshooting and escalate any issues to appropriate Product Owners Real-time communication with Producers at all events using Teams Real-time communication with our critical client Respond to questions from Tournament Officials, Producers, Media and all syndicated clients throughout the event in a timely manner Summarize/Document all issues related to Tournaments to be reviewed by leadership team Tournament & Stats Processing Process end of Round and end of Tournament Processing Reports for each event Publish all Reports to Tournament Tracker for Media Process all OWGR events each week, ensure distribution to all parties Process Ryder Cup/Ryder Cup Points Client/General Support Configure and manage Simulation golf events for multiple clients for testing/QA purposes Compile all Stats and Graphics to create Coursebook for Tournament Directors and Rules Officials Create/Manage/Troubleshoot client access to multiple applications & data locations (ShotLink Data, Tracker, FTP, API) Create/Renew/Manage all contracts related to ShotLink data – Onboard new Clients by working to determine what ShotLink data they need Create client contracts Get required approvals from management Communicate with internal owners to ensure clients still need access Renew agreements or remove access to data as needed Manage all client details in CRM system Create/Validate all documentation related to our processes Provide exceptional customer support to all internal/external When most people think of the PGA TOUR, they envision famous golfers, exciting tournaments, and the TOUR’s generous support of more than 3,000 charities.
