What You'll Get To Do:

This role will serve as an individual contributor and active partner to all HR functions and business units through HR Business Partners. It will provide expertise in scientific research, data collection, and analysis that generates evidence-driven insights to help business leaders and stakeholders across Panasonic North America to make decisions that optimize employee effectiveness and satisfaction.

The incumbent will define the future state and lead the implementation of a People Insights data collection and analysis program. They will build relationships with key business partners and program owners by acting as an internal consultant to conduct diagnostic and evaluation studies that inform continuous improvement opportunities and the design of new evidence-based programs. Specifically, the role will:
• Synthesize management and industrial-organizational psychology research literature and applying scientific knowledge to design a best in class People Insights program that is strategically aligned with Panasonic’s organizational priorities, goals, and culture
• Develop consultative partnerships with internal teams and leaders to understand their strategic objectives, key performance indicators, and reporting requirements
• Identify organizational problems questions, developing hypotheses, and determining solutions informed by the collection of new internal data, utilization of historical internal data, external benchmarks, and market research, or a combination of approaches
• Create and oversee a series of regularly delivered organizational surveys that cover a broad spectrum of people topics, engagement, development, diversity, compensation, retention, etc.
• Act as a research and insights Center of Excellence that generates tools and offers consulting on organizational research projects to all Panasonic North American companies
• Conduct complex analyses in support of general business operations, special projects, initiatives and or strategic, operational planning activities
• Compile polished analyses of organizational data on cyclical, ongoing and ad-hoc bases that facilitate easily digestible and actionable metrics, dashboards trend analyses
• Present findings and recommendations to business leader stakeholders
• The role will partner closely with Talent Management teams to understand, moments that matter, to employees; create measurement points to track employee sentiments at critical points, and make predictions to boost retention and identify factors related to high levels of performance and engagement.
• Run People Insights program, including annual Employee Opinion Survey process, from data collection to insights generation and action recommendation, and suite of additional organizational research surveys, stakeholder consulting, methodology design, execution, and insights generation, develop additional methods of ongoing research listening tools, e.g. pulse surveys, as needed
• Support ad hoc primary research and analysis requests, e.g. turnover drivers, job motivation, generational work preferences, etc.
• Identify priorities to help drive better employee experience and work with relevant HR and business leaders to execute priorities, e.g. D and I, equity, etc.

What You'll Bring:

The Position:

The Media Program Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management and completion of all media deliverables for airline accounts. Works with customers to adequately define and document scope of work, requirements and project schedules. Uses program management skills to manage program roles, identify resource requirements, meet training needs, define program deliverables, provide customer satisfaction and ensure quality of products. Joins in technical meetings and manages the system development process. Documents opportunities to integrate systems and resources to fulfill program requirements. • PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
• Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors program work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time.
• Maintain program scope of work and issue change requests for all out-of-scope work. Provide Finance quoted hours for out-of-scope work to be quoted and presented by Marketing.
• Defines the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved on the program including customers, management, program team, vendors and other key stakeholders.

The salary wage range of $67,000 – $113,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Sales Performance:
• Responsible for territory wide management, enablement strategies and Professional Imaging sales growth of all products and services within assigned geography and customer base.

End Users:

Reseller Partners:

• Coordinates territory activity that aligns resources to maximize partner Professional Imaging sales, technical and key influencer focus on Panasonic Connect solutions.
• Manage partner programs, deal registrations, information portals, rebate, profit incentives, etc., to optimize Panasonic Connect benefits.
• Collaborate and implement partner quarterly and annual sales plans to improve partner mindshare, increase sales market share and overall Panasonic Connect value that drives long term business expansion.

Collaboration:
• Weekly interaction with business development, field engineering and sales management team members to successfully execute customer sales strategies and provide highest level of end user customer satisfaction.

Administration:
• Effectively manage all administrative duties and reporting in timely manner, including Salesforce customer, pipeline and opportunity data maintenance, sales forecasting, Product, Sales, Inventory, PSI, monthly capturing and reporting of partner sales data, POS, Quarterly Business Review functions, QBR, and various headquarter required reporting.
• Ongoing education to further technical proficiency with our Professional Imaging and Visual Systems and Solutions products while remaining current with competitive products and solutions in the Professional Imaging industry.

What You'll Bring:

Education and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or similar related field required.
• 4 to 6 plus years experience of direct and indirect based sales and, or business development in the professional video markets with a focus on products related to broadcast level Pro Video, Projection, and Display technologies and managed services.
• Proven success managing significant reseller and strategic high value end-user relationships.
