Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Field Project Manager for both Mechanical and Automated Parking Solutions at THE Automated Parking Company. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as site management, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, coordinating equipment rentals, safety compliance, and more. Travel and working remotely will be warranted, so please apply ONLY if you can travel throughout the US.
Responsibilities
• Direct and oversee completion of project.
• Able to manage multiple projects in various states across the US.
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources, and work plan.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
• Manage work and input from a variety of stakeholders.
• Facetime with client and their personnel along with any other alliances associated with the client.
• Schedule mobilization of work force and subcontractors.
• Ability to travel throughout the US.
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing a project from start to finish.
• This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks.
· This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
· Computer Skills such as: excel, word, and basic computer skills.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with a team.
• Preferred experience in at least one of these scopes: Steel Erection, Electrical, and/or Automation. Highly preferred, but not a requirement.
• Comfortable working with heights.
• Conduct on-site inspections and document existing conditions; perform field testing, photographic documentation, creation of hand/field sketches and observe & evaluate work in progress.
• Verify quantities of work performed to ensure percentages complete are consistent with contractor billings.
• Perform, observe, and document testing protocols and work in progress.
• Work closely with other team members to understand the scope of work, budget, goals, deliverables, and timeline to ensure project success.
• Record field measurements
• Organize field data to facilitate analysis and problem-solving.
• Proactively monitor work progress, schedule, and budget to ensure all targets are met.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage own workflows.
• Effective organization and planning skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong working relationships with other team members, Owners/Clients, Consultants, Vendors and Contractors

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
• OSHA 10 hour certified preferred, Certified Forklift Operator, Certified Mobile Elevated Platforms, First Aid, etc. must be completed within three months from date of hire, fees covered by Company.

· Ability to work in diverse weather conditions, including but not limited to:

Adverse weather conditions like snow/ice, rain, and wind.
Flexibility in Scheduling
· Ability to adjust lunch hours based on project-specific demands, which might include working through regular lunch times.
