Bloomsburg Athletics is seeking an assistant track and field/cross country coach who possesses the coaching expertise and organizational skills needed to coordinate, oversee, and organize all aspects of the program.

The successful candidate will need to complete distance education training programs as made available by the University within two years of hire for the purpose of teaching in a multi-campus environment with remote teaching needs.

Minimum Qualifications
• A doctorate degree from a regionally accredited institution in Management or closely related business field. ABDs with an expected graduation date prior to starting the position will also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to teach college-level courses.
• Demonstrated potential for scholarly activity.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications
• A doctorate degree from an AACSB-accredited institution in Management or closely related business field.
• Record of excellent undergraduate or graduate teaching.
• Record of scholarly activity.
• Industrial working experience at a managerial level.
• Professional development such as certifications, certificates, and training programs.
