Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Reception – provide a welcoming first point of contact for visitors to the office
• Handling inbound calls, taking messages and/or transferring calls internally
• Manage mail, deliveries and courier services
• Facilitate office events both internally and externally
• Arrange catering for meetings
• Ensure meeting rooms are maintained and equipped for meetings
• Respond to requests from employees in a timely and efficient manner
• Collating, scanning, archiving and filing of confidential documents
• Assisting with invoicing and purchase requisitions
• Update and maintain office seating plan
• Responsible for reviewing supplier contracts to ensure the best service and rates
• Maintain and improve overall office appearance and function
• Coordinate purchasing and stock levels of office supplies and equipment
• General premises management, ensuring all maintenance requirements are resolved in a timely manner
• Manage access control, pass allocation & security procedures
• Health & Safety – ensure risk assessments and office inductions are completed and updated
• Implement and maintain health and safety processes and procedures, including but not limited to first aiders, fire wardens, fire evacuation procedures, workstation assessments, contractor’s permits
• Conduct office inductions
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the business such as, IT, Finance, Procurement, HR & Compliance

Education and Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years’ experience providing office administration
• H.S. Diploma; Bachelor’s degree is preferred but will consider relevant experience in lieu of education
• Relevant Health & Safety experience
• IT proficient, skilled in Microsoft Office products and calendaring
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A self-starter, able to take initiative and prioritize own workload
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant based in Jacksonville, Florida. This role offers a flexible hybrid work environment where you will have a blend of office days and remote working days during the week.

Position Overview:

The senior accountant will manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and external audits. This person will manage the monthly closing of accounts and preparation of reports in support of the financial statements, with a focus on net revenue and gross margin accounting.

The lead senior accountant will report to and work closely with the Sr Accounting Manager, Industry Accounting and others in the organization in analysis and reconciliation of accounts and in development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls.

• Approves and prepares detailed journal entries and account analyses.
• Works with Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report.
• Approves and/ or prepares summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget.
• Actively reviews and advise on financial/accounting processes.
• Coaches, mentors, and lead other accountants.

Qualifications to have:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• Excellent communication skills preferred
• 3 + years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close process with a concentration on P&L and revenue analysis and supervision
• Relevant experience must be in publicly traded companies required
• Financial services industry experience is a plus
• Technical knowledge and practical knowledge of revenue recognition standards ASC 606
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Awareness of business trends and familiarity with financial accounting statements required
• Accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in intermediate to advance Excel (including pivot tables, xlookups, Sumifs), Word and Email required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with large ERP and reporting packages, Oracle EBS and Blackline experience is a plus

We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst. The primary objective of the Investor Relations (IR) program at Paysafe is to partner with executive management and other team members to develop and promote a compelling investment thesis, educate and update the investment community about the company, and promote effective two-way communication to achieve a fair relative stock value. Reporting to the SVP, Investor Relations this role supports all aspects of developing and executing the investor relations program.

Investor Relations Strategy, Plan, and Execution
• Collaborates with the head of investor relations on the development of the IR strategy and supports the execution of the IR program
• Assists in data/information collection, analysis, production and record keeping of external publications used in the IR program including, but not limited to:
• Quarterly earnings presentations and supplemental materials
• Financial/investor-related press releases (e.g., quarterly earnings)
• Investor day presentations
• Conference and/or non-deal roadshow (NDR) presentations
• Supporting materials including FAQs and scripts
• Performs support, analysis, and creation of recommendations for the company’s financial disclosures and other disclosures, working closing with internal teams including FP&A, financial reporting, and segment finance
• Supports the IR effort and tracks progress in targeting new/prospective investors by screening and analyzing the investor data base and historical meeting records.
• Primary operator of the IR database and intelligence/surveillance system that supports the investor relations program
• Primary operator of the analyst modeling database
• assesses analyst models/reports for errors
• assesses official consensus (e.g., factset) to ensure accurate reflection of analysts’ research/models
• works with head of IR to identify areas that are misunderstood by analysts and recommends improvements or changes in company disclosures, accordingly
• Responsible for the collection and analysis of relative stock price movements, analysts' ratings/price targets, short interest, and investor stock ownership changes.
• Monitors and summarizes peer/competitor and customer performance and relevant IR disclosures (earnings results, growth outlook, etc.)
• Feedback to management and the Board
• Collaborates with surveillance firm in the preparation of Monthly Reports and other periodic feedback reports about the company's stock price, relative stock price, analysts' estimates and perceptions, and investor ownership changes
• Assists with the selection of analysts and investors to be surveyed in investor perception studies, if applicable. Collaborates with survey provider on key survey questions. Prepare survey results.
• As needed, support the head or IR, Legal team and/or Communications team in the preparation of the Annual Report, Proxy, ESG disclosures, various SEC filings and/or internal communications

Other Responsibilities
• Participates in organization and logistical support for conference calls and rehearsals such as quarterly earnings and investor day events
• Maintains the IR records of public disclosure to investors
• Engages with and manages the IR website vendor to implement content updates
• Maintains up to date records of investor/analysts contact lists and IR meetings
• Maintain up to date records of consensus estimates (with comparison to internal estimates, coordinating with FP&A)
• Monitor the investor relations inbox and work with head of IR to draft responses and complete follow ups in a timely manner

Requirements and Qualifications
• At least five years of relevant experience such as finance, FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, investment banking or equity research for a public company, consulting /advisory firm or Big Four accounting firm.
• Experience in relevant technology sector(s) (payments/fintech) preferred but not required.
• Strong financial and investment analysis skills, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation ability (PowerPoint and excel expertise mandatory).
• A clear understanding of the financial modeling techniques used by security analysts to project a company's operating and financial performance and the resulting value for the stock
• College degree required

To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for a Merchant Risk Investigator. This role is an integral part of Paysafe’s Risk team and primarily will be responsible for monitoring for fraud and maintaining acceptable loss ratios by effectively analyzing and acting on accounts that expose Paysafe to unnecessary business risk. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of risky behaviors and patterns, chargebacks, and financial records, such as invoices, balance sheets and bank statements. You will interact with merchants and therefore requires absolute professionalism, courteousness, the ability to stay calm, and a willingness to satisfy both internal and external customers while mitigating risk.

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and analyzing daily merchant batch settlements queries to detect irregular patterns in transaction activity and initiates appropriate adverse action to mitigate loss
• Investigates high risk or suspicious transaction activity with merchants, issuing banks, and cardholders to determine the proper action
• Conducting merchant transaction, volume and chargeback activity review and analysis
• Communicating with merchants & sales offices regarding exception or suspicious activity and communicating with merchants, issuing banks, cardholders and other acquirers to request additional documentation to support processing activity, including deciding next proper action
• Compiling card brand reporting and identifying merchants requiring additional analysis
• Recommending funding holds/releases; reporting and investigating any potential losses as appropriate
• Maintaining a constant state of awareness with respect to economic conditions and leverages that knowledge in decision activities
• Collaborating with peers and leadership to implement system/process improvements
• Educating merchants on proper card acceptance and fraud prevention best practices
• Liaising with sponsor banks for investigations and chargeback program management
• Analyzing performance of risk alert and losses to statistically recommend the appropriate alerts and parameters for the Risk Monitoring System
• Performs other critical job functions as assigned

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in financial, business or economics; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to three (2-3) years' experience in risk, credit underwriting or dispute/chargeback resolution or collections in payment card processing.
• Ability to calculate potential losses and exposure and articulate findings to both management and merchant.
• Knowledge of various card brand (VI, MC, AMEX, DI) rules and regulations.
• Working knowledge of risk systems including: Tsys, E-connections, Real Time Fraud, ThreatMetrix
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, ability to navigate the web for resources.
• Demonstrated ability to perform day-to-day fraud investigation and risk activities for merchant accounts
• Ability to work in team-driven environment yet work independently to complete daily expectations and deadlines; a self-starter that requires minimal supervision
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with an understanding of financial statements
• Ability and willingness to take escalated cases and/or merchant calls, when required
• A solid sense of ownership and accountability
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of PL/SQL queries and able to configure tools using these queries

• Ongoing management and mitigation risks, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate and owning them through to resolution
• Liaising between Product Management, Development Management, Subject Matter Experts and business stakeholders to define project scope and requirements in terms of features and capabilities and foster quality communications and solution alignment.
• Tracking and reporting project progress to stakeholders with a focus on budget, scope, resources, and schedule. Timely escalations as necessary

Candidate Requirements
• Salesforce or CRM Project Management experience
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a project manager or similar, with a demonstrable track record in managing the delivery of large complex technical projects, on an enterprise-level and in a highly regulated environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business or a comparable degree plan required. A combination of education, experience and relevant certificates may be considered
• A passion for problem solving and finding solutions
• Adaptive, strategic, organized and process-oriented; adept at leading teams to solution.
