What We Expect From You:
— At least 1 year of experience in writing targeted content that solves B2B and B2C customer problems.
— Сonfident English, because our products are popular in the American European markets and we are a leader in no-code business automation solutions.
— Strong communication skills, you possess the ability to thrive independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
— A passion for creating great content, researching new opportunities, and maintaining consistency and clarity in your writing.
— Understanding of valuable copy that helps our teams achieve their business objectives by generating leads and converting them into customers.
As a plus:
— Experience with and understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and content marketing strategies for different channels.
Responsibilities:
— Developing marketing content in English: landing pages, product descriptions, white papers, case studies, long reads.
— Conducting research on industry-related topics in order to create original content.
— Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
— Brainstorming new ideas for content creation by analyzing the market, competitors, and target audiences.
— Collaborating with designers to find the best way to support your copy visually.
— Collaborating with editors to make copy grammatical and consistent.
Work Environment:
— Due to the current status of Covid-19, the team is primarily working remotely. Expect to be onboarded in person, but you’ll likely be working from home for the coming months. A laptop and other equipment will be provided.

About the Team
More than 100 million users trust airSlate’ suite of products to automate routine document tasks with full control over their processes and their data. As a member of pdfFiller team, you’ll be part of the next chapter of growth as our brand expands and we bring new products to market. It would be one of the pdfFiller product cross-functional teams from 15 to 25 specialists.
Responsibilities - Development:
• Projects and tasks estimation, technical decomposition;
• Be responsible for new features delivery ;
• Pre-release validation;
• Be deeply involved in the release process, manage and improve it;
• Observance of ceremonies and artefacts within the team;
• Be responsible for technical metrics after release;
• Implement KPI and team performance metrics and technical metrics of the project (team, block);
• Take active participation in product incidents, research problems and report improvements;
• Handling requests from other teams and covering cross-team communication;
• "Support" relevant parts of the product within the cross-team work;
• Support and responsibility for the RC environment.
Responsibilities - People management:
• Planning, hiring, and managing the team's headcount;
• Conduct job interviews and create onboarding plans for new colleagues;
• Give frequent and actionable feedback to support your team's development;
• Create and control of achievement the individual development plan;
• Initiate one-to-one performance review meetings with the team members;
• Approve all teams requests (vacation, sick leaves, invoices, bonuses);
• Lead formal and informal teams' internal communication (daily standups, team buildings, birthdays, etc.
Requirements:
• English C1+, Ukrainian/Russian - native - must
• 5+ years of previous software development and engineering leadership experience in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company;
• Strong knowledge of at least one of the following stacks (backend, frontend, quality assurance) and a wide enough understanding of others;
• Experience with several programming languages and frameworks;
• Ability to deliver high-quality products within a fast-pacing, entrepreneurial, purpose-driven environment;
• Led successful engineering teams, including mentoring engineers and managers;
• Experience recruiting top talent;
• The ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility;
• Experience with Agile development methodologies;
• Complete understanding and experience of product development and operations processes.
Would be a plus:
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline.
We recruit through 3 stages of consideration:
Pre-screening interview (≅ 30 minutes) The recruiter shares information about the company and asks questions about your career goals, job preferences, abilities, knowledge, and more. Once pre-screening has finished, your resume is submitted for approval.
Interview with VP of Engineering (≅ 1 hour) During this interview, you will get acquainted with our CTO/ VP of engineering / Team / Lead and will be asked a few technical questions. You can also expect some behavioral questions to see if you fit the company's culture.
Technical interview (≅ 1.5 hours) This interview is meant to assess your technical skills and knowledge required for the role. You will be asked questions based on the information you've indicated in your resume and questions that will test your problem-solving skills and ability to apply your knowledge to real-life work-related situations.
Final interview (≅ 1 hour) At this stage, you will get acquainted with the management and can discuss future collaboration.
