Reporting to the Business Development Lead of the US business unit, this candidate will act as the main point of contact in all daily matters relating to client concerns and needs. The main goal of this role is to build meaningful, trusting, long-lasting relationships that move our business forward.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Act as primary point of contact with client
• Develop and strengthen and client relationships to achieve and maintain long-term partnerships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal US and Global teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Work with Sales and other internal teams to develop strategic project plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Develop a thorough understanding of PERFECT’s products and SAAS solutions to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
• Work in tandem with sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships. Provide exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
• Review, update and execute client contracts and legal agreements to help close deals
• Oversee tasks including project management, strategic planning and sales support for accounts, brands and internal teams
• Manage and facilitate processes for signing up new business and creating new accounts (i.e., IO, JO, BR)
• Ability to have calls a few times a week during the evening hours – as our HQ is located in Taiwan.

Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in a sales or customer service role
• 5+ years of strategic account management experience - preferably at an agency
• Strong project management, communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Experience working on contracts
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Superior power point skills a must
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts.
• Team player. Good time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the beauty and technology industries – preferred
• Experience working with large global beauty companies/brands– preferred
