Reporting Relationships
• This position reports to the Rockvale Pro Shop Manager.

Position Responsibilities
• Achieve merchandise sales goals by providing outstanding customer service
• Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
• Direct customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests
• Use a POS system to process sales
• Process phone orders and coordinate product request from other Pro Shop locations
• Maintain a clean and well-organized layout and ensure that all products are stocked and available for customers
• Support inbound shipment receiving
• Process inventory transfers and assist in back stock organization
• Assist with inventory analysis of sales floor and back stock
• Practice security measures that help prevent theft controlling inventory shortage
• Practice safety consciousness at all times, including best practices related to preventing the spread of COVID-19

Qualifications
• Flexible Schedule Monday thru Saturday 10:00am-8:30pm and Sunday 11:00am-6:30pm
• Available to work up to 25 hours per week. Can accommodate as little as 4 hours per week, but would otherwise average 8-20 hours, during football season, based on applicant availability. Must be able to work one Saturday or Sunday weekly or two weekends a month.
• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Ability to use a computer required
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 40lbs.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Studio Production Assistant will contribute in the day-to-day operations of the Eagles Entertainment control room and studio, assisting in the production of live and taped content for the Eagles social media channels, PhiladelphiaEagles.com, the teams' official mobile app, and linear television.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Studio Production Seasonal Associate will report to the Studio Producer.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in control room for live press conference streams.
· Shoot taped interviews, television shows, and content segments.
· Edit taped studio segments, interviews, and content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
· Assist in delivering and archiving assets.
· Support the Studio Producer in executing live game day shows.

Preferred:

· Experience with control room equipment including Ross Carbonite switcher and Xpression CG and Graphics system, and Evertz Dreamcatcher replay system.
· Knowledge of lighting, camera shading, and coloring.
· Basic knowledge of audio production.

Position Summary

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for supporting HR programs and activities through hands-on delivery in the areas of hiring and interviewing staff, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and leave, and company policies and practices.

Reporting Relationships

The HR Generalist will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Position Responsibilities
• Create and sustain HR department standard operating procedures.
• Use surveys, interviews, and other studies to conduct research regarding human resource policies, compensation, and other employment issues.
• Conduct stay and exit interviews, summarize findings, trends, and concerns.
• Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety.
• Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
• Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, and other sources.
• Evaluate and manage existing document management procedures to determine current effectiveness and efficiency; identify and recommend improvements.
• Assist and consult with the VP of HR regarding employee relations issues.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
