As a Cannabis Brand Ambassador, you are often the face of the brand. You are passionate about the power of cannabis to help improve quality of life and able to share a compelling Baked Bros message in a variety of event settings. You are responsible for teaching our internal and external customers through dispensary on-sites and special events. To succeed in this role you leverage exceptional communication skills, carry a dynamic ability to present in various settings, and have a keen eye for the details that matter most. Your personal brand reflects high standards of excellence as a direct representation of our mission and values. You will report directly to the Customer Success Manager and work closely with the Sales, Distribution, and Marketing departments. The schedule for this position is Wednesday - Saturday and the hours vary depending on events. Candidate must have reliable transportation. The pay for this position is $20 per hour. Limited to 30 hours per week.

Position Details:
The Branch Warehouse Associate performs warehouse duties and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing – picking, packing, staging, and shipping, and general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment. You will report to the Store Operations Manager.
You Will:
• Accurately receive product on DC Trailer and put away to use time efficiently and maximize cube space,
• Receive product from Branch Transfers (UPS, and other Carriers) to fulfill customer orders.
• Receive product on Hub Truck (Same Day Pickup) and process customer backorders and branch stock replenishment to have product available for sale.
• Pick and Stage Will Call Orders to achieve company Will Call Ready Rate and Customer expectations.
• Pick and Prepare shipping Orders to meet shipping cutoff times and process according to all regulatory standards.
• Process Returns following BBX guidelines, referencing original documents, product disposition, and obtaining all necessary signatures.
• Prepare all Hazmat Orders and Next Day Air shipments observing all Dept of Transportation and Company Requirements
• Support team in the store to service customers. Replenish and maintain Showroom stock to create an appealing well stocked environment for customers
• Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team
You Have:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Warehouse/ Material Handling Experience
• Operate Power Equipment including forklifts
• Operate Computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs
• Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
• Frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 pounds; packages on occasion can weigh up to 75 lbs. PIE operators are required to handle items up to 100 pounds.
• Receive feedback and work well in a team environment

The Key Carrier (KC) works as part of the leadership team to live out the vision each day with customers, leading by example, and demonstrating memorable experiences every day within the store. In this role, the KC supervises the store team to achieve sales objectives, leads in-store activities, maintains store policy and procedures, and assumes responsibility for the operations and merchandising functions of the store. This key carrier supports great customer experience by modeling service behaviors.
Responsibilities
• Develops a rapport with customers and provides attentive service within the store.
• Supervises the sales floor, ensuring that selling zones are covered and meal and breaks provided in accordance with the law.
• Achieve store sales objectives
• Acts as a mentor to coach employees and offer feedback. Keeping team informed about KPI and sales achievements throughout shifts.
• Fosters a healthy, competitive atmosphere in the store.
• Supervise store associates during shifts to ensure proper store operation.
• Assumes responsibilities for shrink, overall operation, stock, housekeeping, and merchandise presentation within the store.
• Ensures that all merchandise is displayed per company direction. Utilize replenishment checklists to fill in all areas of the store, as needed.
Qualifications
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred
• Equivalent of High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must maintain availability that meets the needs of the business and allows for flexibility in scheduling 15-25 hours per week (Max 30 hours - as needed based on business coverage)
• Must be 17 or older
