Your Impact
• Manage the social content calendar in coordination with product marketing announcements
• Manage social accounts on platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, based on approved marketing strategy
• Create unique content, written and visual, for social media platforms
• Coordinate with the marketing design team members on social creative assets
• Repurpose articles into social media content
• Engage with customers and lead a positive communication, aligned with the brand’s voice and values
• Coordinate with Customer Support and Product for responses to customer questions and requests
• Assist the marketing team with social partnerships and collaborations
Role Requirements
• 2+ years of experience with social media management
• 1+ year of experience copywriting in English
• Experience with social and digital collaborations
• Knowledge of marketing principles and brand communication
• Project management experience is an asset
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Tech savvy and up-to-date with social media trends
• Passionate about design, copywriting, and photography
• Team player with the ability to also work effectively individually
