Pursuit Packages is excited to announce that we are now hiring... full-time drivers to join our delivery service team! We are looking for customer-oriented people to deliver packages to homes, stores, and other various locations. You do not need to provide your own vehicle. You will work a rotating schedule of 10-hour shifts with some weekends and some holidays. Full-time drivers have the ability to acquire full Health Benefits as well as Paid Time Off.
What You’ll Do:
As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a vehicle, delivering 200-250 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.
Must interact professionally with customers and public while delivering products, Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns, Responsible for cleanliness, safety, fuel level, and operating condition of delivery vehicle, Responsible for safe operation and maneuvering of up to 10,000 pound vehicle, Train other teammates, assist with rescue routes, Carry packages from vehicle to buildings in all weather conditions, Opportunity for monetary bonuses for outstanding performers

What You’ll Need:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must have a valid Ohio drivers license with a clean driving record.
• You must pass a background check.
• You must pass a drug test. You will be tested before you are able to work.
• You do NOT need a CDL. A standard drivers license is all you need!
• You will need to effectively operate a GPS
• You will lift, bend, reach, crouch, and climb stairs regularly
Shifts: Morning, afternoon, weekday and/or weekend
