• Accurate order processing and high volume billing which includes the review of sales orders, generating invoices in multiple subsidiaries & currencies, taxes & tax exemptions.
• Working with the Orders Team for sales order corrections, credit memos and prepayments.
• Obtaining, reviewing validity, and entering of incoming tax exemption certificates
• Follow the Collections process to collect payment on past due invoices, including the tracking of all Collections activity and history on a customer’s account on NetSuite.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails to/from customers.
• Query/dispute resolution for billing and collection queries
• Monitoring of the Team Inbox to ensure timely response to all internal and external customer inquiries
• Organizing and processing of Credit Memos, Chargebacks and refunds.
• Research and clearing of overpayments, duplicate payments, and customer credits; working with the Cash Apps team.
• Perform account reconciliations
• Work closely with a global Sales and the Sales Support team
• Coaching and training team members
• Resolving daily billing and collections issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
• Ledger management of due and overdue accounts
• Carry out dunning and overdue debt collection making phone calls, emails and automated dunning responses.
• Manage Final notices process in line with policy
• Flexibility around month-end and peak season.

Qualifications

Essential
• MUST have 5 years minimum Accounts Billing experience
• MUST have International experience to billing, multi-currencies, and local tax processes
• MUST have experience working with local India taxation GST requirements
• Experience creating invoices for EMEA and APAC customers
• Managing e-billing requirements in India
• Resolving billing queries and managing daily high volume batch billing
• Reviewing daily prepayments and cash allocations
• Managing Jira ticket requests for billing

• Support and drive the management of organisational data changes (chart of accounts, posting profiles, item groups etc.)
• Provide timely technical support for all finance systems and oversee the Incident and problem identification and logging via Jira tickets and the finance systems email
• Partner with internal clients to understand and execute their perspectives, objectives, and initiatives to ultimately meet current and future client business demands
• Perform system audits and reconciliations for data integrity and security
• Coordinate with IT for resolution of application and infrastructure issues for support and user requests
• Oversee and provide training to new users and ongoing skill enhancement training to existing users
• Write and maintain policies and procedures for all financial systems including documented internal controls
• Document solutions and conclusions to known problems
• Manage the vendor relationships for all finance systems
• Drive best practice through a continuous improvement framework as designed and agreed with the Finance Leadership Team

Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience:
• At least 5+ years of proven experience in a similar position managing the full administration of financial systems, particularly the ERP system, Netsuite
• At least 5+ years of management experience
• At least 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience combined with other ERP experience to total 5+ years
• Suitescript experience
• At least 5+ of report writing and building experience
• Proven experience in financial and management accounting processes and controls
• Qualified accountant with experience in an analytical or technical role
• Strong Google Suite skills and experience
• Experience implementing, maintaining, and improving ERPs (e.g Netsuite / Sage X3 / SAP / Oracle)
• Sound knowledge of data management architecture, governance and maintenance
• Extensive understanding of NetSuite, including experience in advanced revenue management (ARM), multi-book accounting, and being integrated with a SFDC CPQ environment and SFDC billing
• Good technical understanding of business processes and accounting impact of any master data changes
• Technology industry experience is a plus
• Proven track record of being able to multitask and deliver complex projects
