The Consumer Program Manager will build IQOS awareness, relevance and loyalty by developing and managing relevant initiatives in line with the consumer journey mapping, which requires consistent mining and analysis of data from multiple sources... directly/in-directly related to Acquisition and Retention KPIs.
Synchronize development and deployment of the right programs and platforms to grow and maintain user base at the desired conversion rate.

Your ‘day to day’:

- CONSUMER JOURNEY MAPPING. Owns (or collaborates with) the Consumer Journey, identifying and prioritizing the key pain points which will significantly impact Acquisition and Retention KPIs. Designs and ensures that all prioritized pain points are addressed through relevant plans and programs

- PROJECT PLANNING, MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION. Identify the key channels and stakeholders required to develop and test initiatives. Work with project teams to implement projects with well-defined budgets, risks, outcomes, milestones, and metrics. Prioritize projects within each Consumer Journey step under Acquisition and Retention. Timely follow-up on the various project milestones with the underlying objective of fast but fully consumer centric execution. Ideate and run experiments, where needed, before proposing a program that can be rolled out permanently

- PROJECT GOVERNANCE AND REPORTING. Implement and manage interventions with supporting stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. Actively monitor program status & performance throughout its life cycle (KPIs, ROI, impact). Deliver outcomes by guiding, influencing and leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a project-based environment

- OMNICHANNEL CONSUMER EXPERIENCE. Ensure consistency of omni-channel consumer experience leveraging project teams; this includes bringing together multiple functions in the development and management of most (if not all) consumer programs

- CRM PLATFORM. Synchronize the development and deployment of a CRM platform to facilitate registration, on-boarding, conversion and IQOS exclusivity among all consumer segments

- COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIPS. Work with market PMO to establish project team/s to ideate and conceptualize MVP offers based on consumer research and insights. Co-ordinate the due diligence requirements and executional feasibility with key stakeholders to understand the overall impact of scalability, on business results. Implement and manage changes and interventions with supporting stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. Analyze and facilitate the mitigation of program risks, meet with stakeholders to ensure clear and transparent communication regarding project issues and decisions by sponsor/management

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 or more years of experience in customer service and customer retention and acquisition.

Annual Base Salary Range: $144,000 - $198,000

The Sr Manager of Brand and Content will define the local consumer segmentation and being the centerpiece to the development and deployment of online and offline content, marketing, and optimization. with the... objective to drive consistent positive customer relationship and business growth.

Responsible for communication & contents development and deployment of concept, master communications, visual guidelines for all portfolio-based projects (promos, campaigns, Launches, LEP offers, portfolio cycles) initiated by Portfolio, CXteams, and channel teams. This includes driving the project cross-functionally and ensuring deployment of omni-channel toolboxes and consistency of content.

Utilize adult consumer insights to generate relevant content and using a wide range of offline and online marketing touchpoints which includes Websites, CRM, SMS, social content, digital banners etc. to accelerate learning, experiencing, living, and sharing of consumers as well as creatively activating our database with the objective of delivering highly personalized messages and ability to dial up local relevance among different consumer segments. The position will also lead the consumer entertainment strategy & event management.

Your 'day to day':

• Lead the development of an agile communication strategy with input from consumer experience teams and channel teams. To develop periodic planned and unplanned content calendar, online and offline conversion program driven by personalized brand contents, in line with overall RRP commercialization strategy.

• Deploy mechanisms to make our databases more dynamic to allow targeting and personalization and setting KPIs in place- NPS. Cross-functional collaboration to adhere to regulatory requirements, including FDA submission.

• Manage 3rd party creative / content / social media agencies and work closely with digital team for architecture design, configuration, testing and deployment of contents via all available communication channels. Ideation and creation of communication collaterals that compel target audience into further actions.

• Lead for development of concept, Master communications, visual guidelines for portfolio promo communications and lead projects (of high complexity and provide supervision to AMM and Mk Exec). Online and Offline content strategy - contact point for OC for master assets. Offline & online content trans- creation and management (All comms support including brochures, on screen comms, POS materials for Horeca, IQOS booths/kiosks, website, etc.)

• Liaise with digital team who manage 3rd party agency for delivery of digital media amplification by creating and implementing campaigns that will drive brand awareness, sales conversion and increase customer retention.

• Deployment across all touchpoints (Thematic campaigns) and accountable for quality of final deployments. Risk Management & content compliance to brand & legal requirements (and optimized for search and user experience)

• Develop and execute the consumer entertainment strategy: planning events, concerts content, defining project timelines, budgets and resources. Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the events.

• Manage content development budget, in line with OB and RF. Content Versioning and A/B Testing and monitor content effectiveness - consumer F/B

• Participate in the Consumer Experience leadership team governance and provide input and recommendation to overall Consumer Experience short / long term plans as journey stage subject matter expert - Develop the consumer centricity mindset and consumer data driven decision making across the entire market/cluster organization

Your ‘day to day’:

The US Head of Brand Retail is a business-critical role to establish and lead a National high growth network of branded retail touchpoints (IQOS Boutiques, IQOS Partners/Shop-in-shop... & Face-to-Face (F2F) coaches). This role is accountable for consistently delivering superior F2F experiences to LAS/LAU, at optimal density, that differentiates IQOS, grows brand superiority & supports efficient share growth. The role will deliver on commercial targets as well as inspiring advocates for the IQOS brand (NPS). Driving best-in-class experience in branded touchpoints will result in brand affinity having measurable, cascading market share impact for adjacent proximity channels (.com/Indirect Retail).

Key accountabilities:

Strategy:
• Develop and bring a truly innovative approach to a branded touchpoint strategy to rapidly build the IQOS client base and elevate brand desirability.
• Provide direct to consumer retail business acumen and build a US retail plan that inspires cross functional teams and attracts top partnership talent in the market
• Collaborate with Insights and global channel strategy teams to lead and deliver future footprint expansion opportunities, optimizations and innovation initiatives

• Set up End-to-end accountability across employees, contractors and commercial partners (including supplier management, 3rd party staff motivation, compliances, etc.)
• Set up and monitor the reporting and analytics, to identify and address experience gaps, service and product sales opportunities
• With support from global teams, owns the deployment of offline DtC systems (POS, clienteling, store locator, appointment booking, instore digital, etc)
• Collaborate with ecommerce head to deliver seamless and coherent O2Oconsumer journeys
• Participate in Commercial Operations leadership team governance, providing deep Direct to consumer channel expertise

As a Validation Lead, you will lead PMI’s computerized system validation project approach and establish the validation strategy of computerized systems, including assessment and delivery of all validation deliverables. Your ‘day to day’:

• Verify supplier's compliance and adherence to PMI quality requirements, applicable regulations and standards by supporting the establishment of the yearly audit program based... on PMI supplier quality management approach and conducting Supplier audits as per approved Audit Programme
• This is a US-based role that will work across different regions with different stakeholders.

More specifically you will:

• Coordinate the yearly PMI audit programme, ensuring proper maintenance and review on a quarterly basis. Establish of audit objectives, scope(s) and criteria of the audits, monitor adherence and CAPA overdue; collaborating with different function in order to achieve the established metrics, ensuring governance of the process within PMI.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the supplier audit management processes and tools including practices related to the Audits conducted remotely, maintain the QMS Audit Package aligned with relevant Audit Tools. Review and update the supplier audit process related documents.
• Oversee that Auditor pool is up to date to ensure expertise and competences availability related to Supplier Audit programme. Collaborate in the definition of training matrix and training program for auditors. Preparing and delivering training.
• Plan, lead, report and follow-up Supplier Audits to ensure adherence to approved audit program, according to PMI requirements and applicable norms (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, FDA, GxP).
• Review and approve supplier audit CAPA plan and follow-up, ensuring CAPA robustness and efficacy to identify root causes.
• Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators related to Supplier Audit processes. Monitor and report adherence to supplier audit related metrics.
• Lead/collaborate in PMI Improvement programs. Ensuring objectives are met according to define project deliverables.

Who we’re looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in Technology / science / engineering or equivalent
• Substantial working experience in quality assurance, product or process engineering in manufacturing environment in Life Sciences, auditing GxP requirements/ ISO 9001.
• Certified Auditor in ISO 9001 or 13485.
• Good Knowledge of QMS, systems and relevant quality standards (ISO, GLP, GCP, GMP, FDA
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to Work independently in a team independently in a team environment.
• Good Organizational skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S..
