• Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of finance systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

• Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.

\tYou will be a professional with the knowledge of accounts receivable. You will work closely with customer support, accounting team members, and the business team to handle the various tasks in a quote to cash cycle. You will help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. You will assist with data entry and customer inquiries.

\tWhat you'll bring to the role:
\t
\t\tYou will be responsible for billing of various products.
\t
\t\tYou will assist with audits request from internal and external auditors.
\t
\t\tYou will handle special billing situations and audits ledgers ensuring all billings contain correct information.
\t
\t\tYou will perform data entry duties and assist with case management.
\t
\t\tYou will be responsible for portal billing such ARIBA, Tungsten, Microsoft, and other companies' portals.
\t
\t\tYou will engage in collection management processes as necessary.
\t
\t\tYou will process Org billing credit memos.
\t
\t\tYou will assist with accounts reconciliations, i.e., researching customer credit balances to ensure funds are on the correct account.
\t
\t\tYou will respond to basic customer tax queries and directs complex queries to the tax team.
\t
\tRole Profile Qualifications
\t
\t\tAssociates degree in accounting preferred, or another financial discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
\t
\t\tMinimum of 3 years of experience in billing role
\t
\t
\t\tMust have prior portal billing experience or a fair knowledge of portal billing.
\t
\t\tExperience in a project-based environment, with exceptional attention to detail
\t
\t
\t\tAbility to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.
\t
\t\tExcellent communications skills, both verbal and written
\t
\t
\t\tStrong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of finance systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

\t\tEffective research and problem-solving skills
\t
\t
\t\tExperience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.

\t\tProficiency in the business language for PMI (English)

• You will develop strong partnerships across all functional areas of the organization to create new web features and functionality.
• You will support the effective and proper use of marketing technology, promotes knowledge of marketing technology capabilities, and provides marketing technology strategy support.
• You will identify and coordinate training opportunities and resources for how marketing technology can be used to strengthen the organization strategy and mission.
• You will oversee the writing, design, and delivery of communication resources to internal audiences to communicate marketing technology and its services.
• You will participate in cross-functional projects across the organization to provide marketing technology end-user resources & subject-matter expertise.
• You will collaborate closely with technology partners to ensure overarching web & digital platforms meet the organization's marketing needs.

Role Qualifications:
• BA in business, marketing or related field
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, specifically experience with digital marketing and web content management systems/platforms. Sitecore experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of technologies that support various website channels and mobile.
• Previous experience using website analytics reporting platforms.
• Comfortable understanding of HTML/CSS,
• Possesses a passion for learning, developing, and inspiring the use of current, new, and emerging technologies, particularly marketing technologies.
• Ability to present technology in fun and innovative ways to motivate and engage others in their day-to-day roles.
• Ability to take complex business rules and translate them into website solutions.
• Experience leading teams and providing direction and development.
• Ability to collaborate/communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, while working under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
