ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare and analyze routine and ad-hoc financial reports at organizational, department, grant, and project levels

· Prepare local, state, and federal tax and compliance filings

· Prepare reports, schedules and documents required for external audits

· Oversee controls and procedures to accurately record and report financial activity and to ensure compliance with government regulations

· Record monthly journal entries, analyze and reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies

· Review transactions entered by accounting clerk and act as a backup to accounting clerk

In all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply :

The candidate will have to arrange his / her own scribe at his / her own cost

For candidates availing scribe in accordance with OM F.No. 29-6 / 2019-DD-III dated 10.08.2022,

shall be allowed scribe facility subject to production of a certificate at the time of online examination to the effect that person concerned has limitation to write and that scribe is essential to write examination on his / her behalf from competent medical authority of a Government healthcare institution as per proforma attached as Appendix I.

The scribe may be from an academic stream different from that stipulated for the post. Both the candidate as well as scribe will have to give a suitable undertaking confirming that the scribe fulfils all the stipulated eligibility criteria for a scribe mentioned above.

Further in case it later transpires that he / she did not fulfil any laid down eligibility criteria or suppressed material facts, the candidature of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result of the online written test, if any.

Those candidates who use a scribe shall be eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes or otherwise advised for every hour of the examination.

If violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process, candidature of the applicant will be cancelled. Candidates eligible for and who wish to use the services of a scribe in the examination should invariably carefully indicate the same in the online application form.

Any subsequent request may not be favorably entertained.

Only candidates registered for compensatory time (at the time of online registration) will be allowed such concessions since compensatory time given to candidates shall be system based and it shall not be possible for the test conducting agency to allow such time if he / she is not registered for the same.

During the exam, at any stage, if it is found that scribe is independently answering the questions, the exam session will be terminated and candidate’s candidature will be cancelled.

The candidature of such candidates using the services of a scribe will also be cancelled if it is reported after the examination by the test administrator personnel that the scribe independently answered the questions.

Guidelines for Visually Impaired (VI) candidates

Visually Impaired candidates (who suffer from not less than 40% of disability) may opt to view the contents of the test in magnified font and all such candidates will be eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes for every hour or otherwise advised of examination.

The facility of viewing the contents of the test in magnifying font will not be available to Visually Impaired candidates who use the services of a Scribe for the examination

Venue for the examination, well in advance of the date of online examination.

All eligible candidates will be required to download their call letter for online examination / interview and Information Handout from the Bank’s website www.

pnbindia.in under Recruitments / Careers. Date of commencement of downloading call letters for all the posts will be intimated by way of separate notice on the Bank’s website.

Hence, the candidates are advised to visit the Bank’s website frequently for the date of commencement of downloading online examination / interview call letters.

Candidates should note that the call letters will not be sent through any other mode.

SUMMARY...

The Technical Director is responsible for the planning, management, and supervision of all stage and rehearsal work associated with mounting and running of PNB productions. This includes management of Production Department staff and stagehands, and collaborating across departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as supervisor for Production Department employees including Production Stage Manager, Stage Manager, Resident Lighting Designer/Production Coordinator, Stage Crew Department Heads, Assistants, Painters, and over-hires
• Support Production Department employees as well as those of other departments, when necessary
• Act as supervising liaison to McCaw Hall, and other venues in which PNB performs, and venue staff in all aspects of its technical operation relative to PNB
• Budget for all expenses traditionally attributed to a theatrical Production Department, excluding costume expenses; budgeting done in collaboration with Artistic Director, Executive Director, and CFO
• Make decisions regarding expenses and their distribution within the year’s budget, including purchase of equipment and supplies for productions
• Conduct annual inventory review of existing scenic elements with Artistic Director and Executive Director
• Operate, maintain, and safeguard technical assets of the theater, including supervising use of lighting, sound, communications equipment, and use and maintenance of stage facilities
• Monitor condition of equipment including scene shop machinery, lighting, sound and rigging equipment, and dance floors; arrange for repair and replacement within budgetary constraints, perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Maintain current knowledge of all equipment and supervises training on all equipment
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies to ensure a safe work environment in backstage and stage areas and warehouse/scene shop
• Communicate with Light, Set, Sound, and Projection designers to arrange for their services and obtain the rights to their intellectual and artistic property
• Negotiate terms with designers and draft contracts that layout those terms
• Negotiate timelines with designers and communicate timelines and their completion to relevant PNB staff
• Work as primary source of contact with designers
• Consult, coordinate, and negotiate with designers and choreographers to achieve reasonable and satisfactory design decisions within budget parameters
• Design scenery or assist choreographers in designing scenery for ballets for which designers have not been assigned

• Act as liaison to the landlord and property manager of the warehouse/shop building
• Consult with production department of the presenters at possible tour venues in planning and execution of PNB productions on tour
• Seek out packages inclusive of scenery, props, and costumes for existing shows owned by other companies; negotiate rental or purchase of those goods for PNB
• Arrange all scenery and costume combination rental requests of PNB-owned shows by other companies and draft rental agreements between PNB and those companies
• Arrange, negotiate, and execute freighting needs of scenic elements
• Repair and maintain audio playback systems in PNB dance studios. Facilitate execution of improvements to PNB studios and warehouse/shop buildings and equipment within
• Oversee technical aspects and agreements of co-production with other companies
• Lead regular department meetings
• Conduct annual performance reviews with staff

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5+ years directly relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management
• General knowledge across multiple technical disciplines in production of live theatre, ballet experience a plus
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills; attention to detail critical
• Strong leadership, communication and team building skills
• Professional and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and with a team and to instill in others the desire to work independently and collaboratively
• Take initiative and manage deadline-driven tasks and projects simultaneously
• Effective and timely decision making
• Understand need for a high degree of safety among personnel and systems in production department
• Demonstrated relationship management skills and ability to establish rapport with team of stage crew and stage managers
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drawing program, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

The Mobile Groomer position is responsible for all activities necessary to build and keep a customer base within a designated territory including, but not limited to, attend scheduled appointments by driving to and from customers´ locations; performing dog grooming activities (bathing, nail trimming, hair cutting, etc); cleaning and disinfection of the grooming area and all used tools; following procedures as outlined and, related work as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills include (but not limited to):

- Dog grooming professional experience with References

- Ability to groom 5-6 dogs a day according to breed standard or customer needs, from start to finish, with a gentle approach

- Valid Driver´s License with clean record, able to drive a tall and large vehicle (van).

- Must be over the age of 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English (conversation and writing).

- Able to stand for long periods of time.

- Able to bend, stoop and have full use of both hands to properly secure the dogs.

- Able to handle large dogs (100 lbs); lifting and moving dogs weighing 50 lbs with little to no issues.

- Must have reliable transportation and be Punctual

- Ability to work INDEPENDENTLY and as a Team.
