• Provide phone support to end users.

• Perform troubleshooting, installation, and evaluate/recommend upgrades to client technologies

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of routers, switches and firewalls.
• Ability to work with others in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate with individuals with all levels of technical and non-technical skill sets
• Active listening skills; problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple projects/clients at once in an ever-changing environment
• Working technical knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in end user desktop support (Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008- 2022).
