Work Schedule 14 days on / 7 days off working up to 12 hours per day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for receiving, storing and issuing supplies and equipment for Pogo Mine. Keeps warehouse and yards clean, organized and in compliance with site safety and environmental requirements.
• Learn inventory system: warehouse physical locations and demonstrate ability to correctly put inventory items in their established locations; perform cycle counts on inventory items as directed; issue and document inventory sales to requesting customers; become familiar with regular stock items, direct charge items, consignment items, bulk fuels, chemicals, and equipment or rental equipment; customer work orders, look up and research inventory items through JD Edwards software.
• Receive stock and direct charge materials: identify, count, and match all items received to site Purchase Orders; notify customers of order receipts and arrange for pick up or delivery of items in a timely manner; ensure proper storage and handling of items received; process receipts of orders in JD Edwards software; process inventory issues of stock items and basic warehouse customer service.
• Maintain the surface warehouse, cold storage buildings, connex storages, pallet yards and other assigned inventory areas in a clean, safe and well-organized manner: Help organize and clean facilities as needed; learn warehouse equipment, storage and delivery; learn and document daily bulk inventory requirements; become familiar with site and warehouse environmental responsibilities.
EQUIPMENT USED
Delivery vehicles, hydraulic lift gates, fork lifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, a variety of dollies, calculator and personal computer. Operating articulating loaders, telehandler forklifts, and learn to operate semi-tractor/trailer combinations.
UNUSUAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Hazardous driving under arctic conditions. Required to move, load and unload extremely heavy equipment which presents a significant hazard to the employee if improperly handled. Required to operate equipment inherently dangerous (hydraulic lift gates, fork lifts, atlas bar).
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
CERTIFICATES and LICENCES: Valid State Driver's License required, CDL preferred. MSHA training preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in a Warehouse environment preferred. Forklift experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook required.
SKILLS: Basic reading and math skills required. Skilled in communicating through email clearly and efficiently regarding warehouse actions and issues.
ABILITIES: Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly, from floor to chest level without injury. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to understand and perform tasks as assigned. Able to type and complete routine warehouse tasks. Able to drive and move materials in site pickup trucks in a safe and proficient manner. Learn and operate warehouse forklifts in a safe and proficient manner.
KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, storage operations, and inventory control preferred.
OTHER: Must pass a post offer physical and drug test, as well as background check.
TOTAL COMPENSATION
Accommodations: Requires staying at the company provided camp during the work rotation. Camp facilities provide dining service, game room, exercise & weight room, sauna, and dorm room having phone, internet & cable tv.
Transportation: The company provides bus service to and from Fairbanks, Delta Junction or Tok.
