This role is open under the Pollfish division of Prodege. Pollfish is disrupting a $50B Market Research industry and makes consumer market research available to all. The Pollfish DIY research tool – combined with a proprietary network of 220M+ consumers -- enables companies of all sizes to connect with and understand real consumers worldwide in a fast, easy and cost-effective way.
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Account Management responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, preparing sales reports, and answering client queries. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Support and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
A successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Advise clients on quantitative research surveys and initiatives, provide advice and create custom studies
• Provide clients with clear and actionable recommendations that help their business
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Improve customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly revenue results and annual forecasts)
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Custom Market Research as a Researcher, Strategist, Project Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role within the Market Research Industry
• Prior client service experiences a must
• Knowledge of Market Research Methodologies
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and G-Suite (particularly Google Sheets)
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $115,000.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location.
