What You Will Do As An Inspection Service Representative

What You Will Do
• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Recommend cross sell opportunities and make introductions
• Work closely with CS and training to prevent churn
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

What You Will Bring
• 3 years professional experience in an account management role
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications:

The MDS Coordinator (LVN) organizes completion of patients’ comprehensive assessments, CAA's, resident care plans, care plan meetings, and provides necessary nursing assistance with problem solving to the charge nurse.

Responsibilities
• The MDS Coordinator (LVN) ensures quality nursing care to all residents.
• Conducts nursing assessment, and coordinates the IDT for completing the comprehensive assessment of a resident's needs upon admission, promptly after a significant change in the resident’s physical or mental condition, and reviewed every quarter for continued accuracy,
• Assures that each resident receives an accurate assessment by participation of qualified staff. Certifies that assessment is accurate and submits to Director of Nursing for signature.
• Ensures that the responsible members of the IDT have developed a comprehensive care plan for each resident that includes identified problems and goals; measurable objectives and timetables to meet a resident’s medical, nursing, mental, and psychosocial needs that are identified in the MDS comprehensive assessment.
• Coordinates and facilitates Care Plan Meetings by scheduling meetings with staff, residents and resident’s responsible parties.
• Serves on appropriate committees including Quality Improvement, Huddle meetings and the groups assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Participates in data collection for PI meeting; presents information at the meeting.
• Communicates regularly with the Director of Nursing regarding problems with resident care, staffing problems and facility environmental/maintenance concerns.
• Performs follow up investigations to all work injuries as indicated by the Director of Nursing, and performs any other duties as assigned.
• Orients and trains other clinical disciplines regarding their accountability in MDS comprehensive process.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to read, speak well and be understood in the English language
• Must have attention to detail, follow through and good interpersonal/problem solving ability
• Computer literacy
• Good understanding of long term care, MDS, Medicare, Title 22, OBRA regulation

Education and Qualifications
• Current California LVN license
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Nursing degree from accredited college
